  1. Would be interesting to see how Mourinho behaves should he join United. Won't last long at that club if he continues to be controversial and cause chaos off the pitch and it's probably his last chance at a top tier club.
  2. Shocked Pellegrini is not on your list since you were clamoring for attacking football!
  3. - Fucking hell! How do Leicester keep on doing it?! - City - Liverpool - Everyone is talking about Leicester, City and Arsenal in the title race but no Spurs?!
  4. http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2016/02/the-weekend-interview--matt-miazga.html Did an interview with the club. Spoke about his early/personal life, time with NY Red Bulls, his game style and the Premier League.
  5. Need a laugh? Read this - http://www.espnfcasia.com/club/chelsea/363/blog/post/2801593/oscar-not-john-terry-is-the-future-of-chelsea
  6. Pato is getting way too much coverage for someone who's only here on a 6-month loan deal and who probably won't play till March or April.
  7. Could do with him actually performing in the Champions League because so far in his career, he hasn't put in any noteworthy performances in that competition. Not for us or Lille.
  8. Shouldn't also forget that he might need time to adjust to English football. By the time he's ready and all, it'll be May already!
  9. Only the Spanish media are relentlessly talking about Costa supposedly wanting to go back to Atletico. Not even the English media have talked about it!
  10. Chelsea’s Eden Hazard: ‘I sent a text to José to say that I was sorry’ Hazard did an interview with the Guardian.
  11. Nothing apparently. Probably no one asked about him because he wasn't a big name signing etc.
  12. Guus Hiddink is improving Chelsea but full recovery will take some time
  13. At this rate, we'll be lucky if he even plays for us! :

  15. Allegri is only good in the good times? This is a manager who did not lose his cool and control of the situation, when everyone else was losing it, when Juventus started the season badly (you compare how he handled Juve's poor start and how Mourinho handled our poor start to the season. such a massive contrast). They were in 11th after taking only 12 points from their first 10 matches, sitting 11 points then leaders Roma. Fans were questioning him, people thought Juventus were gone for the season etc but 13 consecutive league wins later, they are second in table and sit just 2 points behind Napoli. If that's not enough for you, Allegri also showed the same attitude with Milan in the 2012/13 season. The club sold Thiago Silva and Ibrahimovic - two of Milan's best players - in the summer of 2012, took only 7 points from their first 8 matches. But despite that, despite having a very average squad at his disposal to work with, he still managed to guide Milan to third place, losing only 3 more times since that eighth game (he lost 5 of the first 8). If anything, Allegri has shown that he has the temperament and know-how of how to navigate a team out of sticky situations.
  16. Apparently... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3432463/Manchester-City-row-FA-Cup-fifth-round-date-Chelsea-deals-Champions-League-blow-Manuel-Pellegrini-s-side.html
  17. Looks as if he was just desperate to leave Shakhtar. I mean, first, he was constantly talking about how he would loved to join us. Then when we sort of pulled out and Liverpool became interested, he talked about how great they are etc. Now, a club from China come in and he's off to there.
  18. Regarding Pellegrini's European woes with City, yes, there is no question that they have had some tough draws in the Champions League but that cannot be used as an excuse every time. They are a top side filled with top class players. If City are going to be among the elites, then they have to test themselves and compete against the best. What does it say if people are just going to just keep on using 'oh, they have gotten some tough draws' excuse every year rather than look ahead to the challenge and use it to improve? Furthermore, it seems as though people have selective memory all of a sudden. City have had some tough draws but people also seem to have forgotten that they do not only get beaten more often than not, but also tactically outwitted. I mean, how many times have we watched City's matches in European and then moaned about Pellegrini's naivety and tactical intelligence?
  19. Should complain to and put the blame on the person selecting the team.
  20. Looks like Costa will finally play against United!
  21. Oscar playing wide two games in a row?! (1) That says a lot about the state of our squad and (2) Hiddink taking a page straight out of Benitez/RDM's book!
  22. Hiddink is allergic to making substitutions.
  23. We are in February and we still have not won consecutive league games this season.
