  1. Think the FA Cup replay against Norwich will be a good opportunity to play him, maybe even from the start.
  2. Full FA Cup 4th Round Draw: Peterborough v Fleetwood Huddersfield v Birmingham Notts County v Wolves/Swansea Yeovil v Manchester United Carlisle v Stevenage/Reading Cardiff/Mansfield v Manchester City MK Dons v Coventry Millwall v Rochdale Southampton v Watford Middlesbrough v Brighton/Crystal Palace Bournemouth v Wigan/Shrewsbury Hull v Nottingham Forest Newport County v Spurs Norwich/Chelsea v Newcastle Sheffield United v Preston
  3. I know he has been useless and not even being used but surely this means we'll go get a LWB this window? Unless somehow, we plan to use Baba Rahman.
  4. You are right that we have spent money on average players but at the same time, a lot of that money is offset by the outgoings. It's not like we're doing what we did 10 years ago, splashing money on players without worrying about having to sell to balance the books.
  5. "Using the same formation game after game"? Factually, that's not right but I take your point. However, if he constantly changes formation and it leads to inconsistent results etc, wouldn't you be sitting here and complaining about it? "Starting war of words against other managers" The only time(s) he's criticized other managers is when others speak about him/us. Have you seen him start a verbal war with Wenger, Guardiola, Pochettino or Klopp for no reason? I prefer my club manager to not get into that and focus on getting results and performances from the players but at the same time, if others start to have a go at us, I also want to see my manager fight back and not be a sitting duck. Would you really be happy if others start to criticize us and the manager do nothing to defend us?
  6. Doubt fans would mind this approach if the club actually do that but they aren't.
  7. But the world class or ready made players are at the other big clubs. How many of them would be willing to sell their star players, even for 50m+? Unless City start paying 100m for them, they will have to splash the cash on young and upcoming players.
  8. United have spent fortunes over the last couple of years and look where they are now. Only 1 point ahead of us in the league.
  9. Agree with what @OhForAGreavsie said above but a factor that many seem to have overlooked is a number of their key players are in their 30s or soon entering the 30s. Kompany, Fernandinho, Silva, Aguero, Otamendi, Sanchez (if they get him) to name a few. They are going to get replaced sooner or later but who knows if they will actually be a dominant force in England as you foresee them to be. Then there is also the question - can they keep the kind of run they have had this season every season? can they continue to play at this level? can they keep going if opponents have worked them out? One thing about the Premier League is whenever a side become so dominant, the rest have tended to react and find a way to stop them.
  10. Arsenal were shit. We were shit. Only difference between their game and ours is that Forest actually played well while Norwich were shit.
  11. Zidane's Real dropped points in La Liga...again.
  12. Maybe it would be helpful if Hazard didn't feel the need to talk about Real Madrid like every other week!
  13. If I have things my way, I would be raiding Dortmund for Guerreiro and Pulisic.
  14. Replacement for Eden? A 'bribe' to convince Eden to stay?
  15. Think it's because of the contract. He signed a new one last season, IIRC.
  16. I swear all these uncertainties - Hazard's/Conte's/Courtois' futures, our transfer business etc - are not doing any good for my health. It's so f***ing depressing every time when you think about them!
