  1. This. He really isn't afraid to get stuck in and square with another player despite his slight frame and looking lightweight. Gotta love how he owned Nani last night!
  2. Don't think he's quite ready top level football just yet. Looked out of his depth last night. Worked hard but didn't really offer anything to us and was pretty much kept in check by Rafael and even Nani.
  3. Well, that was one hell of a game. Seen some great attacking football once again and if we were a bit more clinical with our chances, we could have scored more than 5. Some of the misses by Sturridge, Moses and Azpilicueta was rather ridiculous! However, we once again committed suicide in defence. We just love to give goals away don't we recently? Romeu getting caught on the ball was just like what happened with Mikel & Cech against Liverpool last season and then Luiz decided to over elaborate, ventured forward and played one of his silly forward passes! We REALLY need to stop giving away cheap goals like that. We have now conceded 11 goals in our last 4 games compared to just 2 in the 4 prior to that! On the players, thought Moses and Azpilicueta did well. The former did very well, was lively all game and made a nuisance of himself going forward especially against Buttner. And his that pass for Sturridge in the opening minutes was just exquisite. Inch perfect and delivered to perfection. Only downside was he couldn't convert his chances when it came! As for Azpilicueta, thought he did very well. Solid offensively and defensively, apart from giving away the penalty that is. Delivered some really good and dangerous crosses and he too should have scored with the header at the far post!
  4. Oh no. This is not going to end well.
  5. The manner he took his penalty is the definition of coolness personified. Absolutely brilliant and then summed up by his little dummy and pass to setup Ramires. Wonderful. And still think he's overpriced and overpaid Fergie?!

  8. Meh. Could have done with a home tie instead rather than away. The game will be played on 19th December due to our involvement in the Club World Cup. Hence, our fixtures in December now look like this: Dec 1 - West Ham (A) Dec 5 - Nordsjaelland (H) Dec 8 - Sunderland (A) Dec 13 - CWC Semi Finals Dec 16 - CWC Final/3rd Place Play-Off Dec 19 - Leeds (A) Dec 23 - Villa (H) Dec 26 - Norwich (A) Dec 30 - Everton (A) 9 games in 30 days and only 2 of them at home!
  9. LEAGUE CUP QUARTER-FINAL DRAW Leeds United v Chelsea Swansea v Middlesbrough Norwich v Aston Villa Bradford v Arsenal
  10. I don't know how long more we can take this. Absolutely pathetic from him. Haven't ventured forward in last dozen of matches and he suddenly does it and lose the ball, as always. He just never learned, does he? Must have gotten overconfident having scored the penalty!
  11. We just love giving goals away lately. Absolutely diabolical to give them another 2 CHEAP goals!!
  12. And that second player is obviously Mata. So the club are only pursuing abuse of Mikel.
  13. All the conspiracies going about. Guys, the referee tonight is Lee Mason! Not Howard Webb or anyone else.
  14. Please tell me you did not take that seriously. The referee tonight is Lee Mason.

  17. This could be another deja vu after what happened in the league game and league cup tie against Liverpool last season.
  18. milan.cech or TorontoChelsea for me but think I would go with the latter once again, for the third time that!
  19. OMGWTF!! Reading REALLY threw away that 4-0 lead??!! FFS!!! At this rate, they would not survive in the Premier League. No team should ever be throwing away 4-0 leads!
  20. This is just utterly ridiculous and embarrassing from Arsenal. But whatever.
  21. Arsenal already 2-0 down to Reading in the League Cup after just 20 minutes... EDIT: Make that 3-0.
