In the case of a team finishing 4th in England, that team will have to go through a two-legged play-off round. Whichever opposition that team gets will depend on who comes through the qualifying rounds and how UEFA separate them into 'seeded' and 'unseeded' categories based on UEFA coefficients. So, a win against Everton on Sunday is a must!

From the club's selfish POV, Ramires missing out for the Confederations Cup is a good news for us. Can get a proper break after a long hard season and return fresh for next season. Shame Luiz and Oscar are in the squad especially the latter. He could do with a break!
