  1. Said it so many times, Conor's biggest problem is that he's such a big Chelsea fan, he tries too hard almost, may sound odd.
  2. Watching Caicedo turn like a tractor is actually hurting my eyes, no rhythm or smoothness in his movement on receipt of the ball.
  3. Thought Gallagher was reported as ill, cue the post game excuse, no other fit midfielders etc etc etc
  4. I don't like the idea of another Brighton manager but to be honest I want someone with passion. The tag line I took from interviews was "there is no laughing in training, before after fine, but not in training" whereas our club is a literal social media farm of laughing and joking. Every Obi podcast for former Chelsea players has said the same, training was treated like a real match.
  5. Shocking, Leicester will look to be favourites coming into this no doubt. I keep saying is this all Poch's fault? No, yet I can't help but think if I were in charge, isn't it obvious that the group needs a huge personality to look toward? I honestly wouldn't be against Conte, if concessions were made on both sides to prevent his sulk, the fire he had when he first came was unreal, complete and utter respect. Unpopular opinion I'm sure.
  6. I wish that comment meant our CBs were all top notch and he's the stand out performer... Sadly, reality.
  7. Not his biggest fan by any stretch, think he isn't Chelsea quality at the moment with his lapses but I thoroughly enjoyed having a two take look and realising he was buried in the Chelsea fans in the away end for Conor's second goal.
  8. Been thinking on it and listening to the usual YouTubers on my way home from the office when I came to the realisation that last night is a game we probably wouldn't have won a few months ago. Is there a ton of progress? Nope. Am I satisfied with the setup of Poch and directors? Nope. Am I over the moon to see a bit of dogged fight between the lads? Absolutely, that's the minimum I want to see when I watch any Chelsea game and we can probably lose heavily against City, that said, if I see the effort, I'm satisfied. What does that mean for the summer? I genuinely believe Poch gets another season unfortunately. My biggest concern is the style of play with instructions and lack of system, these aren't bad players, they are badly setup and the buck stops with Poch. Prediction: 3-1
  9. Never been in question, it's his effort that got him into trouble most times, trying too hard which messed his focus up, needless bookings etc.
  10. Gusto will be some player as he matures with decision making.
  11. Out classed, out played and out fought, the last being the most concerning for any team, including our blue chaps.
  12. Wouldn't be surprised if project 2030 is essentially gearing us towards being sold off to somewhere in the middle east.
  13. There is certainly no love story for me, an ex is an ex. Practicality wise though, he does have the skillset that we need for this group of players. This isn't all on Poch however he hasn't helped himself either, the guys need to be mentally conditioned as well as taught tactics, it seems, with some harsh truths. Jose with JT as assistant coach I would certainly lump for with the objective being 4th.
  14. I was thinking this during the Wolves game, he's had his moments of magic absolutely but it's easy to shine when the others are so so so bad.
  15. We had a manager who micro managed, Tuchel. I'm all for Jose, this team needs some bollocks on it.
