After watching boro this season Josh has another 2 years on loan before he comes back and I think that's a good thing if he can be patient enough as boro, should, be promoted and he can stay there next season in the PL then go to another club the following year or return to us early. I'd say the best thing is that when asked he has made improvements and is one of the first name on boro teamsheet

Until Moura comes to the EPL and within a few weeks slots himself into one of the leagues top teams as one of the first names on the teamsheet you simply cannot compare the two as, AT THIS POINT, Moura is unproven.

PSG. No. Do not want.

Cycling to Valencia? Kidding.

@different level Check my posts I defended him to the hilt! Just cannot defend him anymore when we performances like we do, sometimes he works hard and makes things happen for other people but lets just cut our losses I really cannot be bothered to write paragraph upon paragraph but more and more fans are losing patience with him, once again I say SADLY! I want him to do well in Chelsea blue but we need a goal scorer not someone who refuses to be subbed.
-
Probably say something like 'I left Liverpool, it was a mistake, Chelsea was a mistake, didn't play to my strengths, didn't use me correctly - I still love Liverpool'
-
Prefer it to read titled 'I must improve.'
-
Oh c'mon, seriously? He's a KID! With hardly any experience coming up a very slick team when we are transitioning into ATTACKING football..!!
-
I'd be very happy if he just came out and said "Look I understand we've got some amazing players coming through and I'm going to do for them what Veron/Petit did for me, taught me everything they knew to improve me as a player and help the team whereever in whatever games I can" Sort of like what Scholes and Giggs do for United, however I realise that only happens in a non-existent world for Chelsea.
-
Feel sorry for him, cannot blame him for leaving in Jan if he does so or in the summer, wasn't given a fair chance due to Torres throwing a strop.
-
I was thinking @ 58 minutes "Change it change it change it" but he never bloody does!! Thats the two things I don't like about RDM, we're riding our luck at the moment and its going to change soon then we'll get found out, Jose was never afraid to make the changes! Sidenote, anyone just love that Moses looks like he loves playing for Chelsea already? Loved every interview he's given about us tbh and hope he gets to shine here.

^^^^^^^ Sadly.

Agree with the Kaka comment, its like the EPL is the perfect league to bring up his OVERALL game, and he's doing that.
-
Too much hate for Bertrand here guys like I said in another thread everyone wants the 16-20 year old superstar but let's not forget that Ashley cole was AVERAGE at defending before he came to us, he was brilliant going forward but he wasn't exactly young either, patience chaps!!! Hazard helped as much as he could without sacrificing offensively I thought he had a good balance. The real issue for me was Luiz he just showed no desire toget back into position when he got pulled out, not sure what's happening with him lately, someone has to have a word, geezer.

Actually laughed when a mate said Walcott to Chelsea the other week then I thought about it and I was thought 'actually..' I'm so 50/50 on this as playing as a striker I think he could be a great addition to our front four playing with Oscar hazard and mata

See! I knew someone would agree brana and Cahill as our first cb pairing! Guys, I too get frustrated with brana but let's remember he is a CB! I doubt you'd be saying the same had terry been shifted out to rb? Just an example, same thing gallas, couldn't whip a cross in, defensively solid, yet we never moaned because he popped up with a few goals and faked an injury every game for 2-5 minutes so we'd all go 'oh no!!' Then see him sprinting... As above, he doesn't fit the system but he does a good job considering.
-
All I can say are two things 1. How has he come in and adapted so well so quickly to a point where he's one of our first names on the sheet after Mata? 2. Cannot believe Spurs were in the running with us to get him, can you imagine if they had? We'd be quoted £80m in the summer if we wanted him from them!! Forgive me but I'm lazy how long was his contract for?
-
I don't expect hardly anything other than a decent performance from a player in their first season of the EPL but from what we've seen glimpses of I feel as though in some games he takes a backseat to Oscar/Mata when we need someone to step up. I'm not bashing him, I love the guy but I just think he can do more/be more influential.
-
Such is the failure of football, in my opinion, everyone wants the next superstar bought @ 16, ready by 18 or so age but realistically players are not ready for the PL/CL until 22+ depending on who you are, what other league you've played in etc. before someone quotes "EH WHUT ABT MESSI!?!" - There are, of course, exceptions but they are few and far between. Patience, from players and club alike will get us far with youth development/getting youngsters into the first team.
-
My my my, someone needs to pay more attention when reading posts. +5 Internets for you my man! Anyway, to clarify, I'm FOR the idea of getting Villa.
-
Totally forgot about Villa - what a great shout, yes he's getting on a bit but we need someone with a decent touch in and around the box/someone to finish the chances we are creating.
-
I think he needs to be more influential, feel like sometimes he lacks a bit due to Mata/Oscar shining.
-
Also agree with RDM that we really do need a perfect performance. I'd love to have this game wrapped up in 45 minutes then rest players for Liverpool but alas.. We support Chelsea and we'll make hard work of it no doubt!! C'mon boys, just once..
-
Cheers for not turning it into a flamefest Kezza, it's just my opinion, albeit perhaps a sarcastic toned one, about our CBs and I don't think he is top boy anymore. Saying that though one can always cast their minds back to when JT and Cahill played together, although not often, they were quite solid and striking a nice partnership up. Luiz is just a must for European games it seems as managers use the reasoning that they want one of our centre backs to be able to 'play it out'. Not sure about that sometimes I think Luiz is thinking whether to try a step over and a rabona to clear the ball from our six yard box.
