  1. Ramires, Sturridge (), de Bruyne, Marin should be enough?
  2. Romeu and McEachran's developments would be hampered. I'd rather not see it happen unless we sell Essien.
  3. I don't think we need him, to be honest. As Strike said, there's plenty of options available at right wing and it seems unnecessary to spend on an area that's up to scratch. It would be better spent on a right back, perhaps.
  4. Of course it'll be permitted, the star in Villa's crest is for their 1982 European Cup win.
  5. Here's a way to deal with racism. Good on you, Zokora, and have some of that, Emre: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnQKtmucyIg Hahahaha it was only a yellow card!!
  6. Yeah, Hulk's not well known for his defensive diligence. We can't have him in the team without someone present to cover for him.
  7. I can't believe this is causing more outcry than South Africa 2010. One of the world leaders in crime, not to mention those attacks on white farms that have been going on for years. Anyway, nothings going to change if players don't do something drastic. For example, lets say black English national team players are abused, if the entire team walked off the pitch, that would get UEFA's attention.
  8. Stop wanking about with us! Announce it already!
  9. What an idiot, how is it unfair because you missed a penalty? Messi is such an arrogant douche, he just tries to hide it under the veneer of "I am not Cristiano Ronaldo".
  10. Sorry, Sh0n, we're pretty full. Me, WHS and Kalou, there won't be a bed big enough for 4 . You can watch from the corner if you like Sorry. Just trying to scare off the guests.
  11. And then there's the daddy of all fuck-racism-get-on-with-it precedents, South Africa's Rugby World Cup in 1995.
  12. What is genuinely concerning is Qatar 2022- where Israeli's and homosexuals are unlikely to gain entry to the country at all. At least Pol-kraine try to make things work. Also, what in fucks name is wrong with Slavic neo-Nazi's? Hitler hated them. Slavs were as subhuman to him as a Jew or a black, his master plan was to enslave the Slavic race, and eventually exterminate them. Surely they're not stupid enough to idolise a guy who wanted to inflict slavery and extermination on their entire ethnic group?
  13. It is a cause for concern that a minority of Ukrainian and Polish football fans/people in general find it funny to beat up people who don't look white. But there are a lot of precedents for countries that wank about with human rights and related issues but still get to host international tournaments. India with the Commonwealth Games in 2010 are an example. The Beijing 2008 Olympics, as well. Compared to the excesses of the Hindu right wing and Chinese government, a few neo-Nazi thugs are small fry.
  14. This problem wouldn't have existed under communist rule. Such people would have been sent off to a gulag for neo-Nazism, as they would have been seen as fascist counter-revolutionaries.
  15. I saw that video. A few kids getting kicked by a couple of dozen ultras. It's not like what Campbell's making it out to be; he's basically saying if you dare even fly over Ukraine's airspace you will be killed.
  16. There'll be all sorts of things claimed come 2018, because England, of course, lost that bid. This Panorama documentary will look like its 100% factual compared to whatever it is the media will come up with just before the Russian World Cup.
  17. Greatest moment in TC history.
  18. http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/sport/9732521.Leeds_United_hold_talks_with_investors/ http://au.eurosport.com/football/championship/2011-2012/leeds-confirm-talks_sto3290092/story.shtml Looks like the scum are trying to buy their way back into the top flight.
  19. I'm sure its been exaggerated. You can't judge an entire nation off extremist activists. This is no different to saying all Muslims are terrorists. Neo-Nazi's in Ukraine and Poland may be far more active and larger in number than their English counterparts but they're still only a minority. And an event like this will have high security, I find it difficult to believe there'll be any trouble. Let us not forget its barely been 30 years since a certain Paul Canoville had his goals at Stamford Bridge greeted with a chorus of "It's still 0-0, the n****r scored, it doesn't count."
  20. Let me rephrase that, the standards of what is considered racist differ here from other countries, such as the UK.
  21. Please. As though you don't fancy the rippling muscles present on Kalou.
  22. Perhaps I feel this way because casual racism is embedded in the Aussie psyche (words like P**i and W*g are very common and aren't considered racist at all) but I don't see anything wrong with "I didn't call you a black cunt" or whatever Terry said.
