I wouldn't know. Born and raised in Australia, and my parents have lived here since they were about 20. When I last visited India there were a few Chelsea shirts, I probably saw 1000 people or so wearing any football shirt at all in the 2 months I was over there. I've never seen anyone in Sri Lanka wearing a football shirt, though.
