Dang I just read that about Pochetino well naggelsmam is the man. We can get him in the summer. Just continue with Lampard until the summer.

Yeah I'm coming to the conclusion that we should be getting rid of Lampard, but not now in the summer. And we should replace him with naggelsmam. As we are not progressing under Lampard. Despite having a bad season i can see his mentality being strong, stronger then that Morata. Drogba also had a bad first season but it was his mentality that pushed him on the next couple of season. Something similar with Werner, he will not be like Morata but he will flourish.

Zouma was like that. Seems like this season he has improved his header a lot. I guess it takes time? That being said Werner and Tammy definetly feels more complemented then Werner and Giroud. Giroud is the best super sub we can have and good to have around. But for the future is best to continue with Werner and Tammy for improving their chemistry and what not.

I expect us to win this game. Not much worried about the rest. Just a couple of days ago Spurs where the world beaters and now it's united... That is the problem, when you focus on the now with younger players and new players it will take time. Right now we have suffered a dipped in form which was expected. But I will see how we finish the season, what buys we do in January and go from there. And then take an overall approach to what we have. Right now we have a mix, good buys, young players, dip in form. What is the real deal? I suggest we will know by the end. But one thing is for sure, we are building something good that even if Lampard goes in the summer, we will attract a top coach like naggelsmam, Pochetino etc etc.

So you freaking out for 2 bad results is not the same? You forget the entire picture? Even before those two games analysts like carraggher where saying how we have recruited well. How we are setting up for the future. And that at this moment is more important.

You guys need to also understand that this season is unique and expect a lot of up and down. Look at Southampton being first at the moment. A team that got beat badly last season.... As a whole to me Lampard and Chelsea are fine. 2 loss is not going to change my mind as I judge based on results of months, progress in the area of youth and building for the future. Lampard is doing everything good and I'm sure the board see it as well. This was always a 3 year project. Lampard and company has made the right buys in this transfer window, now to progress and continue with the youth and the right buys in the next transfer window.

Jorginho needs to be sold and get a replacement. Also worried about Kante not having a proper back up. Still need Rice as there is no rest for this man.

Giroud earned his start. Now he can go back to the bench to be a sub. Tammy had a good rest and now he can return to the lineup.

Still not worried. I didn't expect us to challenge for tittle this season. But what I'm seeing is what I thought we would get, burn out. Some players have been overplayed like Werner and Mount. Also Kai after Coravirus has not been up to standard. How a nice winter break would work wonder for us, but we will have to pick up. Rotation is needed in the coming weeks. That being said I still see us picking up form and finishing comfortably in top 4.

I don't think we have a chance. But this is in February so a lot of things can happen between then.
