Yeah he will leave Real Madrid this summer no doubt about it. He had enough there. But I am of the opinion that he needs to try German League. A Bayern Munich at least. Yeah when you watched a game like this and see that passion by Torres, then you can clearly see that what he was saying was the truth from the beginning. That our team is slow to build up, and that is not his type of game. We need to play a fast tempo like Spurs or United. And it looks like it will never happen with the players we got. It sucks cause Torres is getting all the stick for this pedestrian midfield. I really think if AVB does great buys for midfield and wingers in the summer, then next season he should explode. Chelsea should not marginalize Torres after the summer. He is not the problem! We can get rid of Drogba, Malouda, and Kalou. And stick it with Lukaku, Torres, and Sturridge, or buy another striker and completely throw to waste 50 mill.....

Descent win. I thought Torres was one of the best player in the first half. If we have players setting up goal chances like he did for Sturridge we will improve our goals chances. Apart from Torres first half, Ramires was again a beast in the team. Second part very sad for Ramires. We will miss him a lot. Now Romeu and Essien will have to show what they got. Great save by Cech. DL still made some childish mistake but overall doing much better. No Cahill, so I assume he might play next game? And last, Meireles in the midfield is becoming a bit of a ghost. This spot is the one to be taken over in the summer easily by whoever we get. Hopefully it will be Lucas.

You hit it right with Sao Paulo being more of a seller club then Santos. Oh Well I do hope Chelsea managed to get this kid. They should do that, buy him now and leave him on loan till the summer. That will most likely be good for both parties. Giving that we did business with them for Piazon, there should not be any major problems to do business once more. Or we can offer Malouda a route to escape, since he wanted to play in the Brazilian League.

Everytime I look at Higuian I think Torres. They can have one or two seasons of explosion, but overall they are like glass, very fragile. I would take Cavani over him any day.

If the Bosingwa stuff is true, then it sucks. But oh well, even the best managers get blinded and make mistakes. There was the case of Mourinho persisting with Quaresma..... But I found some encouraging words with what AVB said in: "but we are betting a lot on what we can build on next year." LIke I stated before in some post, my initial goal for AVB at Chelsea was to finish 3 or 4th his first season and no trophies. Second season was to finish 3rd or 2nd with a small trophie like Carling or FA Cup. And third season was when he needed to start killing team and winning big. I think we are on right track with those encouraging words.

I think Kakuta just need the right club to explode. And I think going back to France will help him a lot. Hope AVB leaves him there for 2 years! A similar player is Canales. Very worth the hype like Kakuta, but just needed a club to exploit his style. He has done great at Valencia till he got injured. For creative player, I would love Chelsea to get Canales!
