The youth thing is a problem because we want to play them but we get managers that are not good for that. If you want youth why go for Mourinho? If you want youth why go for Conte? You need managers like Pochetino or Bielsa that are known to bring youth.

The problem is that we want youth but you get managers that are not good with that. Mourinho, carlo, and now Conte.... With these types of managers you need to spend, they hardly have a record for promoting from within. I said it before if we wanted youth we should have gone for other managers like Bielsa, pochetino, maybe even Emery at its time. But the fact is we speak over thing but do another. The words don't match with their actions.

Just like last season when Stones failed threw stupid bid at Marquinhos and end up getting Hector and Papys. Ah this board does not learn from their mistake for a second season in a role.

I wonder what would have happened if we paid the asking price weeks ago? You know before they sold Higuaín. That's the difference between what juventus did and us. They go early and get things done.
