A rest will probably do him a lot of good. I think 2 weeks may not be enough. Should get at least 3 weeks where he is free to do whatever he wants. Go lay on a beach and have fun. Although I think with the likes of Hazard, Marin, Oscar etc Mata's influence will decrease. Doesn't mean he is any worse a player. In fact he will continue to improve.

Incredible to think that in just his first year at the club and in the EPL, a 21 year old may overtake Mata as our main creative force and most important player. That says alot as Mata is a great player on the cusp of being World Class.

It seems he picked the perfect team. He's sure to get loads of playing time there and can develop and impress. I always knew Josh's passing and vision had the potential to be a class above. He'd be brilliant in a 4-3-3. He is definitely a regista in the making. However I think the only way he'd get playing time here would be in the double pivots.
