  1. He easily has the ability to be as good/almost as good as Messi. He scores incredible, almost Maradona-like goals. Whether he gets to his potential though is the question. Everyone would secretly love Neymar. The con may be we'd be a small side and have no plan B but either way we'd be incredibly hard to stop.
  2. If he does ManUre's win rate will drop by at least 40%.
  3. Based on the fact that we have become a much stronger and competitive side, thus more attractive to players. Also he himself said that he would 'listen' to any offer the likes of us put forward. The strong and possibly growing Brazillian contingent could be a big factor for him. The fact we are looking to now play attacking, sexy football and will possibly be looking for a new forward in January or summer. How about those?
  4. Nothing wrong with what he said. It was brutally honest. This happens to so many players, so why is it a surprise or sin that Torres said it? I was suspecting as much at various points last season.
  5. Exactly. I think its better to re-open the Neymar thread. He is looking more and more attainable so I don't know why it was even locked in the first place.
  6. @TorontoChelsea, All your posts seem to be negative. I don't think you've ever even said a nice thing about the team. Its always criticism and how we need to contain the other team. Never the other way around.
  7. Hmmmm, haven't seen any of him. From what I've read I'm not sold on him.
  8. 1. Too old 2. Probably only doing it to get a better contract.
  9. Without Dembele we'll destroy those fools in midfield and as a result probably on the scoreboard.
  10. We won't go for him. 29 now, getting on in age. We've shown we go for the younger players. He will probably stay or go to PSG.
  11. Frankly, I'll be disappointed if we sign any striker that is not Falcao. Remy doesn't seem like anything special.
  12. I couldn't see Falcao flopping. There is just no way right? He doesn't really rely on his speed nor does he overly rely on his strength. He relies on his instinct and finishing. Those are the deadliest Strikers of all.
  13. Isco doesn't worry me. However, trust me when I say, that if/when we get Falcao, Citeh and every other team will be shitting themselves.
  14. Firstly, I do not see them selling Ozil. Just no way. Not in the near future unless its a crazy bid. Secondly we have no need for him. We have plenty of players in that Mould. We can't buy everyone unfortunately The one I really would have loved is Gotze but again too many similar players to him. We'd have room for Neymar though
  15. A part of me would kill to see that happen. The Falcao one is pretty much a formality for me. Its the Neymar one that seems a bit 'fantasy', although our strong Brazillian contingent could be a big factor in convincing him. We need to be doing well in the League and Europe as well. Falcao Neymar Mata Hazard Romeu Oscar The Best team in the world. No doubt.
  16. Silva is a bit overrated. Too inconsistent. Mata is underrated. He is younger than Cazorla and Silva and will become better than Silva by the end of the season IMO (He is already better than Cazorla). Mata has very good dribbling and close control. Pacier than Silva and slightly better finishing than him as well. I think Mata and Ozil are pretty much equal, with Ozil perhaps a BIT better. Iniesta is a freak and a genius. I think Oscar can be somewhere near the level of Iniesta in a few years time.
  17. To me he almost feels like a player on loan who will eventually return. He is ours. Madrid will not get him, as simple as that. Citeh can dream on. Its just a matter of January or in the summer. This £46 million release clause sounds fantastic as well.
  18. I don't believe that statement that they will definitely keep him until the end of the season. If the right offer comes, they'll sell him.
  19. Online. I watch some of the UCL matches and the FA cup final on TV.
