They come across as Morons. Joke of a club. -
I'm not talking about right now. I'm talking about after we get a good Striker, so your point is invalid.

If Onion face acts like this you know he's unsettled. Let the fear begin...

Well we need more depth. If he plays some games (unimportant games) then its fine by me.
-
And God knows that's a horrible FC.
-
He doesn't want to be second choice striker. So automatically he goes into contention against the likes of Falcao, Cavani etc who will probably be our first choice soon. Your theory is automatically invalid as long as Sturridge wants to be first choice and nothing but first choice CF.
-
Surprisingly well. Comfortable top 3 finish. However in the cups it's anyone's guess.

My point is that very few people care if Sturridge will go on to be star somewhere else. You're acting like we will heavily regret letting him go and we sure as hell won't with the amount of class strikers available in the world.
-
...Are you serious? They are Strikers...
-
If that's true then Luiz is a terrible defender. Relying on other defenders to make him look good. The whole world can see Luiz is a bad defender. Time to stop with your (Chelsea fans in General) delusions.
-
Falcao would dwarf him so much we wouldn't even care.
-
He can find those games at Liverpool, while Falcao rips apart the EPL for us...
-
Seriously, I'm getting tired of the Circle Jerk over stability. Look at Madrid. They have the same model as us (although ours is more drastic) and it has worked for both of us. So get over it.
-
He is still Selfish. His finishing is nothing special and he has been overrated because many fans have been desperately trying to find an alternative to Torres. Frankly, I find it absolutely astonishing and unfathomable how you cannot see that he is overrated. It would be good if he stayed but he doesn't want to be 2nd/3rd striker so his future is elsewhere.

Especially as he will give us defensive structure/strength at a time when we really need it. Roman knows what he's doing. In Roman we trust.

Everyone will fight for their place. Its healthy.

Depth.
-
For me its: Falcao > Ibrahimovic > RVP > Aguero> Cavani/Benzema > Tevez > Lewandowski > Higuain
-
I have a good feeling this will workout. He can bring us success.

When I see people calling him 'Rafa' and even when I myself call him that, it just seems...odd and out of place. Its weird, like I'm doing something I shouldn't. It might change, actually I'm sure it will, however right now he seems like he will never fit in here. This is how I feel even though I am far less phased by it then a lot of you, so I can only imagine how angry some of you are. A lot of it is just so surreal and confusing. It (RDM's firing and Benitez's hiring) happened so quickly, like a mob hit or assassination or something. Its just a haze. It happened within hours before you could even process the information. When I first found out about the sacking it felt like a video game. However there are things more important than this. A manager is not the be all and end all. The players are still the same as is the badge on that royal blue shirt they wear. We have to trust 'Rafa' (I had that feeling again...) and go along for the ride. I'm confident he can do fairy well here and keep us in the top 3 (Yes top 3, not 4). If Rafa gets our defense in order, we are back in business because going forward we're so immense (minus the Striker which we're likely to rectify in January). The title may be too far a gap for this season (Next season, without even knowing the circumstances we will surely be the favorites). However you never know, I don't think the gap between Citeh, ManUre and us is big enough even to acknowledge. The only thing holding us back is squad depth and a Striker. Hopefully Benitez signs some gems like Isco and the club continues to pursue Falcao, perhaps Willian etc. Anyway, keep us performing Rafa.

Benitez may love to use Romeu (The whole Spanish connection). He'll try to mould Romeu into a player that somewhat resembles the play style of Alonso. I also think he'll start choosing Azpilicueta as he is a natural RB and also the Spanish thing.
