There's something seriously fucked up about the fact he's easily willing to sub off Matic after 20 minutes for performing poorly but still lets Ivanovic play 90 minutes game after game. Simply unacceptable.

Definitely not going to blame Mourinho for all of this shit because most of the players haven't bothered turning up for the season either, be it due to poor and arrogant pre-season preparation or just general decline due to old age but Jose must be blamed for stubbornly sticking by the underperforming players' side instead of telling them to fuck off and give other squad members chances to take their place. Ivanovic, Matic, Fabregas, Hazard, Oscar, Cahill all been shamefully bad for players of their status and experience. I really don't know if they're not playing well because they're fed up with Mourinho or if they're just severely unfit and unmotivated to do any better after being crowned champions last season and also knowing their place in the team is not at risk even if they play badly. Personally I wouldn't sack Jose but the man seriously must grow some balls and make the hard decision of throwing some of last season's stars to rot with the reserves until they're ready to give 100% on the pitch again or just fuck off from the club if they still can't. If that doesn't help, then I'll re-think about getting rid of Mourinho.

It's gotten so bad I had to google where Jose Bosingwa is playing these days. Maybe he'd be interested in making a comeback to Chelsea this January, surely he couldn't do any worse than this fraud.

Maybe he just needs some training and preparation to play at a high level once more or maybe he'll never be the JT of last season again but regardless it's clear we need to sign someone and fast because Ivanovic has turned shit over the summer as well.

Three points, a debut goal for Pedro and an opening goal for Diego Costa this season. Pretty happy with that but there's A LOT of room for improvement, the defense is horrible at the moment and central midfield is not really working either. Terry and Ivanovic look like they're still on their summer holidays and Matic hasn't been himself either. For the first two it might be the age catching up to them and they need more rest to perform as good as we know they can, which is where Baba and the potential Stones signing come in, but what's going on with Matic?

Well duh, I can read Wikipedia enough to know he's a kid who plays for Monaco and scored a few goals last season but what it doesn't tell me is why a player as unproven as him should cost €55M. Hasn't made his international debut yet and wasn't even a guaranteed starter for a mediocre Monaco side that had a 34-year-old Dimitar Berbatov as their main striker last season so what's so special about him? The prices for players like this guy, John Stones etc. are getting out of hand.

Good signing, proven winner with the right mentality and a type of player that should fit Mourinho's needs pretty well.

I don't see why there wouldn't be room for both. Matic-Cesc-Witsel-Aranguiz to rotate deeper midfield positions and I'd bet Fabregas to often play AM as well so there would probably be more than enough minutes for Ramires too.
