I would assume one of the main reasons it won't be announced today is the fact that Michy will have the biggest game of his life to look forward to tonight so probably best to let him prepare without any added hassle. Anyway the deal is done, I don't really know what difference it makes to have it officially confirmed when everyone already knows what's up. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

What's the vibe around Belgium atm, is Michy likely to start against Wales tomorrow or will that useless sack of shit called Lukaku still continue after a couple of abysmal performances? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

More like I know as much about Michy than Jon Snow knows about anything. xD And yea I know, I've read the books. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Only seen him play in the Hungary match for about 20 minutes so I'm pretty much full Jon Snow when it comes to him but seems like a promising piece of business. Wish all transfers were like this, one day not even any rumours and then bang, next day player signed. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Ridiculous news article. As if we'd be looking to sell him at all and especially for just €18m when players of inferior quality get sold for a lot more these days. If we'd be buying Azpi from some Portuguese or Spanish club right now I bet the quotation would be €45M or more. Just need to look at the kind of clubs this joker is saying are interested in Azpi to tell the board and Conte he shouldn't be sold whatever the offer. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Great player and well known to Conte but can't see him signing without significant departures, especially if Cuadrado is given another shot.

Wouldn't mind signing him. Works well with a two striker formation, which is what I'm thinking Conte will go for. Some could say he doesn't score enough goals but he always steps up for the big occasions and that's exactly the kind of player we should be after instead of the Romelu Lukakus of this world who bully the little ones and then go missing when it matters most. Also wouldn't rule out him making that final breakthrough by becoming a more and more consistent goalscorer within the next year or two, if he does that he'll be unstoppable but even now he's a really good player. €60M is still too much but maybe without CL football and no quality alternatives available we might not have a choice if we want to sign a top striker.

Just got back home from watching Leicester's title parade in downtown Bangkok 30 minutes ago, so many people here in Thailand suddenly a fan of theirs. [emoji38] Got a shirt from Kasper Schmeichel but some cunt stole it from me haha.

Samsung?

Delightful news, glad to have it confirmed now and not just after the Euros. Next up, get JT that new damn contract.

Not sure if you're being serious or not... The "other 11 games" consist of a Ukrainian Super Cup and 10 CL games (4 qualifiers, 6 group games). In the group Shakhtar played 4 of the 6 games against Real Madrid or PSG where Shakhtar didn't stand a chance. Don't know about you but I'd say getting even those 3 goals in the 6 games in that particular CL group playing for a team like Shakhtar is rather impressive, do you see any of our current strikers doing better than that?
-
Would assume the "you let us down" banner is directed at the players.

If Hazard magically starts performing now Mourinho is gone I want him sold. Hitting a rough patch of form is okay to me but not even trying to do your best is not, so if latter is the case with Hazard he will lose my respect.

Just saw his latest post on Twitter, made me cringe. What a fucking hypocrite the man is.
-
Mixed feelings about this... If the players suddenly start peforming again I don't even know what to think about that. On one hand I suppose it's good but then again it just proves what a bunch of cunts they were to Jose so I wouldn't mind most of them fucking off as well. Be interesting to see who comes in till the summer. No good options availble for permanent appointment at the moment.
-
Well this is fucked up. Would get wasted beyond all sense if it wasn't for the fact I need to study.
-
Feeling strangely optimistic about today.
-
Knowing Real Madrid, should they appoint Zidane to replace Benitez sometime this season he'll be out the door come next summer as well if (or rather when) they don't win the treble. Wouldn't worry too much about that.

Yep, I've noticed that the opinions of fans on social media are a lot different than those of match goers.

I'm perfectly aware football exists all over the world, it's kinda ironic you say that but then hadn't heard of Pochettino prior to his arrival in England. Thing is, not many decent managers are available mid-season. If it's a choice between giving Mourinho some time to try turn things around or sacking him just for the sake of sacking and then replace him with some second rate cunt I'd rather stick with Mourinho. It's not exactly looking good for him right now but if the replacement isn't any better I don't see a reason to make the change and instead would wait till next summer when there might actually be some good alternatives (Guardiola etc.) to set the sights on.
-
My only question is if Jose goes, who do we bring in? Brendan fucking Rodgers?
-
Should have won it, too many missed chances and a pretty clear penalty denied too. Oh well, at least the remaining games against Dynamo and Porto are at home and the only away game is against Maccabi which shouldn't really cause problems. Still feeling pretty confident about the group.

Agree 100%. Both Mourinho and the players are equally to blame, Jose for being too stubborn to mix things up when things are clearly not going our way and the players for their unacceptably bad performances and most of all horrible preparation to the season. Players like Hazard, Matic and Ivanovic are still looking very much unfit and that can only be a result of a bad pre-season caused by them becoming arrogant as fuck after the title win and thinking they'll win it again with last season being very, very easy in the end. I also don't think the poll is quite accurate, maybe just the emotions getting to everyone's head straight after that shambolic performance today. Wait till people calm down and they may think differently or at least I hope they will. Nothing but respect for Jose but he must do something fast to turn things around or he's gone. After all he's done for the club he deserves the chance to try to fix things instead of getting sacked like Scolari or AVB the minute things get tough.
