Guys we've done it, we've officially had the most successful transfer window not only in Chelsea's history but in the world of football. Called out for a Striker--Costa--32 mil. Called out for a CM--Cesc--26mill. Called out for LB--Luis--16mill. Lastly we begged for a 2nd ST--(seems like its done) Remy--8 mill. And we've been counting down the days till Torres would fuck off, and it has finally come and 2 years sooner at that, how beautiful! There was no fuckin about, no dilly-dallying, no negotiation drama that carried for months on end, and most important we signed the players we needed....impossible! We cannot blame the board or Roman or Michael Emenalo, or anybody else for not having a complete squad. We've addressed everything, and now comes the hard part...winning. But thank-fuck we've got a manager who knows a thing or two about that. I don't think it has fully set in just how efficient and savvy this window has been. All i ask and hope, is that we can keep JM for the long haul. There's no Managerial instability, there's no gaping holes in the squad, and our starting XI (on paper) can go toe to toe with anyone in Europe. Everybody and everything just seems to be in unison for once. It's a good day to be a Chelsea fan.

Thats what i like to see!! No more Fuckin About in the Transfer Market! This has been the greatest transfer window of all-time. Im just over the moon, this must be what sex feels like....only better! ?

24 was the greatest show ever created. Jack Bauer #BOSS.

Who are your 5 favorite non-Chelsea players currently playing?

One aspect that i know we all love but hasn't really been touched upon was his pressing. My days, he is relentless, and the way he instructs his team-mates to do the same is phenomenal. There were a few times where he'd press and Hazard and Co. just watched him, which understandably got him upset, but over time our AMs will have to follow his lead. But one thing that struck me while noticing this was that, surely, just surely this would mean we are in for another striker. There's no way we can successfully carry out our pressing with Drogs/Torres at the helm, and it would be a disservices not only to Diego but for us as well if we ran him into the ground.

And we're back in fuckin BUSINESS! Just hope we make one more signing at ST, and then --only then--can we be fully prepared for the season. Otherwise i was thrilled with the result, anticipated the second half would be boring, we already had the result, on to the next one!

Legend!

@Hutcho, i heard if you keep the receipt you can exchange them for the new numbers haha but damn that must of had you feeling some type of way hahaha!
-
Why do i feel like every promising young lad we think is going to 'make it' in the squad and be used always seems to get injured just when it's their moment to shine.
-
lmaoo the commentator thught it was a goal haha
-
Rambo looks so comfortable back in CM in a 433, maybe pre-season but you gotta agree he looks 'at home' in that role

I know there was a similar thread created, but that was before we even began our transfer dealings and such. By now i'm sure you're all well aware of who we added and what not so there's no need examining the deals we've made so far. However, i will say that we desperately need a 2nd striker, because as great as this summer window has been (and i mean great in every sense of the word), it would be a real shame to see it all go to waste if say, Costa gets injured and we have to rely on Drogba and Torres for more games than we would like. Having said all that, here's my Honest Expectations for the Season: League- 1st place-- I believe our starting 11 is as good as City's and even if we don't get that 2nd striker, i believe JM can somehow someway rally the troops to get the desired results even when Costa is not playing. FA Cup-Final--Two years is a long time since we've won the FA Cup . We seem to always go far (winning it 4 of the last 8 years), a lot depends on the luck of the draw and such but who am i to question our luck in this cup? I think it can be our year. League Cup--Qtrs.-- We really should just be playing youth, and i think that's what we'll do. No need to go all out but again, it all depends on the draw. UCL--Semi's-- Even if we face a very difficult opponent early in the competition (like in the round of 16 or Qtrs.), i think JM and Co. will get us to the Semis, but i still don't fancy this team winning it all, not just yet. And lastly i'd like to hear a Bold prediction, (Chelsea related) Bold Prediction: Hazard, Costa, and Schurrle combine for 43 goals in the League.

Dude, i'm fucking crying right now. There are Torres jokes, and then there's this one.
-
I heard a stat where every pre-season where Chelsea have gone undefeated, we've gone on to win a major trophy. We did win the FA and UCL that year,, haha
-
But Oscar also doesn't have the passing capabilities that Cesc has from deep. Cesc's ability to deliver accurate lob through balls is second to none, and like Mourinho said, his ability to read the game and see thing before they happen is also what separates him from Oscar imo. I think it's clear JM doesn't view Oscar as a DLP, and neither should we.
-
IMO this is a great 'problem' to have. We can debate whether Oscar/Cesc should be our #10, or even if 433 is better than 4231 (which i believe to be so), but finally, just finally we have options and good ones at that.

He's won everything in Spain. I like winners, Mourinho likes winners, he's a winner. Gonna be a great ride i feel.
