I think Drogba made a good decision to leave. It's good for everybody. He is leaving in high note. And We need to rebuild for next season.

The reason he played better under AVB is because AVB system is about bossing the game and possesion football which is what Mata good at. Under RDM on the other hand, we played a very direct game. Cech -> drogba. So he is not involved in most of our play. Btw he is much better playing in the center because mata is not really fast and it's so much easier for us to find him when he play central.

I don't see RDM will accept one year deal. So it's either long term deal for RDM or we go for another manager. In term of result and throphies, RDM has proven that he can do it but in term of performance, I don't think so.

I have defended Torres plenty of times this season and kept saying that we don't utilize him the right way. At the same time, I always think that he does fit with our system and if we can get a good money for him, sell him.

I like inter comparison because we are in similar situation. We really need to reduce some of our older guard role/offload them and buy new first team players.

It's true that Ramires passing is not great and his technique is so so. But he has the ability to turn defense into offense and drive team forward (Like Yaya toure for City but ramires is much faster) The only reason we want to play 2 passer in mid is when we want to really boss the game and It's not chelsea style to boss the game. We are more comfortable in playing direct football. Moreover with mata on our side, I don't think we need to play with 2 passer in midfield. We don't want to be too "barcelona". And btw I think ramires signed a new contract with us a couple months ago.

Actually in 4-3-3, ramires work perfectly. Because in midfield you need one passer, one runner (Ramires), and one defensive mid. In 4-2-3-1, ramires cannot play in midfielder, he is more suited playing on the wing and should be used if we have to face a team like Real madrid/MU who has great winger. I don't think hazard/marin/mata can help our full back to defend against CR and chased down marcelo.

If you are saying that Chelsea win it with old and non British players, It's true and I don't really see any problem with it. How will we benefit ? It is simple => More money + more exposure which mean we can get better players to come to chelsea
