Stoke away was, for want of a better expression, fucking mega last year, and it's a day I'm sure you'd enjoy - infact I'll be there myself. Not sure how far away from the station it is, but its incredibly easy to get to by car or bus. Great stadium as well.
Surprised to see people writing off United. If anything they'll be even stronger this season, everyone is dashing their chances just because they've lost Ronaldo. We all know United - it'll just inspire them on, trying to prove the doubters wrong. Liverpool have sold their midfield linchpin (watch Gerrard's performances suddenly fall), Arsenal have a mean midfield but their defence is lacking, and Man City will take months to gel together - plus their defence is woefully overrated besides Bridge. Can't even see them challenging tbf, they'll go on a decent run but then succumb under the pressure of expectation.
Completely agree. It's all fine and dandy going away to a foreign league and impressing, but we want to know what he can do at the top level in England, not Italy or Holland.
Good, in my opinion - United and Liverpool and Arsenal have had masses of comings and goings which will affect the team chemistry, whilst we essentially have the same squad that finished last season. Confidence in each other's ability from the players is of extreme importance, and the togetherness of the squad can win us games.

I'm not the biggest fan of La Liga so someone may have to voice their opinion as well, but from what I saw of Espanyol he was their best player last season, at least the most-consistent.
Glad he's staying - provided he remains injury free. Still a great player but I think we should have sold him. Hopefully he can have a good, solid season which will make up for being injured for so much of last year.
Players like Beckham, Kaka, Messi, Ronaldo, and Buffon should be on the cover if EA want to sell more copies, as you could argue they are some of the bigger names in football, but as long as Frank is on there, I won't feel so sick playing it anymore
