I find the Barca game last season quite funny at first. Knocked out in the semi finals on a goal that wasn't, penalties and then not being given 4 penalties. You can't get any more unlucky than that.
I can see Anelka enjoying this match; Fulham like to play attacking football, which will give us the chance to get behind them. Anelka playing on the shoulder of the last defender will be pivotal in beating them, as it will give Drogba the space to bring Ballack and Lampard into the game.
Great player. Absolutely brilliant. Didn't know he was 27, though, thought he was in his thirties. Would be a good signing, I think he'd be great for us. Truly excellent dribbler and has a shot and a half on him.
Yeah that's my point. Give me a consistent, 7/10-every-game Michael Ballack over a Deco who can go from sublime to shocking in a matter of minutes. I hope Deco can prove me wrong.
He was playing better this time last year. Don't get me wrong, he played well against Sunderland, but knowing Deco as I do, even when he was at his peak he was frighteningly inconsistent, I'm not going to let myself get carried away.
I'd have thought that if Cork has real aspirations to become a first team player for us, he'd have pushed for a PL club, but I suppose a short stint in the Championship, and moving to a first division side in January would be beneficial for him.
ABSOLUTELY agree. Unfortunately we have a fair few fickle fans, but I suppose its their passion for the sport and game. I do it, occasionally, so I can't really criticise, but there are a few people who are far too negative for my liking.
So, Mister Frank Lampard Junior has a tally of 132 Chelsea goals - making him our joint-fifth top-scorer of all-time. On par with a certain Jimmy Greaves, may I add LEGEND.
