As current member of the month Jim has passed on the duty to me, here is the list for the June 'Member of the Month' competition. With the football season fast approaching yet a lack of credible transfer activity leaving forum discussion largely related to 'silly season,' the following five members have contributed heavily throughout the month in one way or another. Whilst some have been exceptionally active, others have earned their coin in the Transfer Talk forum, contributing largely to the majority of topics with a combination of discussion and news. Now this is one transfer I would certainly like to see go through if we sell Malouda or Kalou. He is fast, and a competent left-back as well as a very good attacking winger. If people need to know how he plays, think of Marcelo at Real Madrid. He is very talented with quick feet, excellent crossing ability and surprisingly strong. Huge work ethic for a winger as well, thanks to his boundless energy. For £12 million, this would be a steal.

City are buying all these players but they don't realise they can only include a certain number in their squad next season...

Right, to answer some of your questions, the call centre is English-speaking only as far as I am aware. However I would massively advise for you to contact the person who you have borrowed the membership from, and ask to access that account online by asking for his/her username and password. That way you can log on as normal and get the tickets from the online centre. The only reason I suggest this is because you are moreorless guaranteed tickets to any home game if you log in at 7am of the date they go on general sale. However if you want to phone up, you will need a valid credit card number, your address, the membership numbers, but also details of the owner of the membership, as they will probably ask you for the membership holder's date of birth, for example, as proof of identity. Waiting to use the phone line won't guarantee you tickets, and 90% are sold online and the remaining 10% at the box office. If the 90% sold online all go, then they sell whatever is left of the box office tickets through an automated system, so the box office tickets may already be 'sold out' by the time you try and access them. However, if you order from the online system or the box office, you can pick them up from the stadium the day before the match or the day of the match itself in most cases.

The problem is, buying them online is random... for instance whenever I buy tickets I always get them before 7am when the online service opens (I have my methods...), but only once have I ever had front row seats at Stamford Bridge in the 11 years I've gone to watch games there.

In reality, these are our first and second choice options: First choice RB - Ivanovic Second choice RB - Bosingwa/Ferreira First choice CBs - Terry and Luiz Second choice CBs - Alex/Ivanovic and Dann? First choice LB - Cole Second choice LB - Bertrand/van Aanholt/Ferreira/Zhirkov That is an awful lot of versatility there! I reckon Zhirkov may leave, plus one of Bosingwa and Ferreira. We need players to plug the gaps, might as well buy cheap British players instead of ridiculously-priced foreigners.
