From what I have seen goig back and watching Vitesse matches from this season as well as U-21 Uefa Cup.. Technically strong good passer of the ball both short and long.. right footed but more than serviceable left foot for shooting and passing.. B2B mid who can read the game and tackle fairly well does commit some fouls with tackling though but timing is the issue there not rashness.. and can finish pretty well with both feet and head

To be fair to Ba though he was only here for half a season and due to rotation didn't get a run in the team to really find form like he had while playing at NUFC.. would be a little disappointed if we let him go cause he did show glimpses of a top PL striker while with us and clearly did while at newcastle

This torres is a statue thing is very overrated imho.. i watch just as many chelsea games as you lot with torres playing and he makes the same runs ba does and just like ba he doesn't always get spotted by our midfield players... and now im not saying he not getting service cause that horse has been beaten to death but they do the same things... what you say ba did in his few months at SB was ok but when torres does it its not good enough.. Thats not true their position is that 63M euros or no sale if teh clause is gone they can not be as staunch in the pursuit of money for cavani.. he has two years remaining on his contract and could leave for lesser cost thats how the window works..
