I watched the Roma Vs. Toronto FC game which was playing same time as madrid( computer and tv) and even though TFC is one of the worst teams in MLS they gave roma a game for quite some time because they pressured high and went at the wingbacks.. I feel we will get some joy doing this as well as our wing players and full backs have way more quality then what TFC could put on the field.. I feel this should be a comfortable win as long as the finishing is there

thanks for posting the video.. when I watch the 3rd goal in match thread and post match I seen MVG take a lot of stick for not tracking ronaldo but where the ball was played the immediate danger wasn't ronaldo..it was the man that mvg stepped towards it looks as if terry and cole both got caught ball watching and ivan didn't do enough to block the cross.. maybe I'm wrong but take a look and view for yourselves

I wasn't calling out our midfield players I was actually backing them up.. maybe because my back ground as a DM/CB but I find the brunt of the blame always falls on that player the one who does all the grunt work but people fail to realize you can only play what you see.. I found all our combos of cm/cdm had no real outlets when we were trying to spring from defense to attack but that comes with time and more tactical instruction from manager.. I still think that this same team by mid season rolling will be a force due to the youth in the positions we have it and the experience in the positions that we have it... btw thanks for quoting me

For me when watching the game when lamps or ramires(cm) MVG or KDB had the ball in midfield our attacking players were hiding behind the player marking them and not showing... we can't expect the mids to transition from defense to attack with no options presented... I honestly believe we are more than fine for the BPL with a combative two cm of MVG and ramires.. and lukaku is great and all but i see him as impact sub role a lot like moses.. cause torres had same service in second half and gave madrid more trouble.. but we can chalk that up to experience first time vs a team the quality of Madrid... All in all im very happy with the team we have and can't wait for Hull
