  1. https://youtu.be/8ZRxQfVCX7U goals vs AZ - free kick was very nice
  2. I like that he is tactically flexible using either 3-5-2 of a 4-3-3 .. something we have been crying out for a long time
  3. Met Fraser as a 16 year old in Newcastle Academy while on trial there , He always had the fire to be #1 but at the time Tim Krul had just signed from a team in Netherlands to become first team goalkeeper following Given. Fraser went out to Celtic to make a name for himself and get first team minutes and that he did. Especially those CL games against Barcelona , He's a brilliant and consistent keeper, had he not been injured last season we would probably be talking of him starting ahead of Hart at the Euros.
  4. And it's happened Messi has now scored against Petr Cech.. Only took him going to the Gooners for that to happen lol.. Had he stayed he would still have that accolade
  5. Scored his 100th goal for Atlético Madrid today 15years after his debut..
  6. As long as he brings Morata and Pogba with him, I'm all for it
  7. Bayern Munich looking to pick this guy up.. We were linked earlier in the month but it seems he wants to go to Germany now http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/10151791/chelseas-move-for-amadou-diawara-set-to-be-hijacked-by-bayern-munich
  8. Attacking has never been as issue for RLC but boy does he excite me.. He's on the cusp of starting for me..
  9. Tough Luck for Kevin.. Hopefully it's not too serious an injury!
  10. If you watch the incident with Per and Costa again there is a slight touch on Costa's foot that is still on the ground not enough that he goes down the way he did or to stop him from continuing on towards goal but its there. Ian Wright former Arsenal player himself said it was definite red card offense. I don't see why people here are taking it as a way to get at Diego Costa for showing a bit of the dark arts of football
  11. Ivanovic may have just earned the extension..
  12. Matic looking like he was protecting his face
  13. He roasts Terry, Cahill , and RLC (post season friendly) for poor displays, but continues to protect Ivanovic. Everyone and their mother can see if you attack our right flank you will have success unless Azpi is there yet he fails to change it. His stubborn attitude is really hurting us, how long before enough is enough?
  14. There are reports Pep is also considering a move to PL
  15. I heard Klopp wants a PL move Will always respect Mourinho for what he brought in both spells, but his tactical decisions are killing us this season. Our best football has been played with 3 in midfield and/or Ivanovic on the bench. He can not be that blind and pig headed that seeing the way he sets up the team is setting us up to lose.. I Love Mourinho but I LOVE Chelsea more
  16. Fine with me, Let him sit and sort his head out while we play Remy into form and Bring Falcao if chasing a game. Not that worried about it he hasn't been setting the league a fire like he was this time last season My only problem with this isn't the FA re-refereeing the game here cause he was booked for his antics and they only retrospectively ban players if the infractions go unpenalized no?
  17. I agree with you wholeheartedly as I said KDB is a classy player and we would have been smart to keep hold of him but he didn't factor into Jose's plans and we have to live with that mistakemistake. Mourinho is not infallible and has made errors, we just gotta hope that he has a plan for the future whether it be with some of the promising youngsters we have in attacking positions or that he sees a player out there that tactically would suit our style(whatever that is) better than what KDB would've given us. Brilliant manager but definitely got that one wrong especially how Roman wanted to play a more continental style of football, the Mata's And KDB's would have been vital to that
  18. I'm not saying the final result was due to Oscar playing far from it as you alluded he was decent in the final third making some combinations with the other attackers but he needs to add more killer passing to his game he doesn't attempt it enough tries to play simple pass and leaves the more dangerous ones for Cesc or Hazard. Bar a some miss passing in the arsenal game he was the reason prior to the sending off why we were in better control of the game. He links up with Fabregas and Hazard very well, and did Fabregas' defensive duties for him. The impression I get from Oscar is he is a balance tactical player who recycles possession getting the ball into the feet of players who can change the game, as a team sport not everyone in the team can be game changers he has a role and does it quite well when he is in form. Oscar also supplies goals and assists as a number 10 should but those numbers could be better but that comes with consistency which is my only issue with him about his play since he signed otherwise I don't think we have a player in our team with a better football IQ in our team, the way he is able to asses on the fly where the team needs him. I know a lot here have made their minds up on Oscar because he's no Mata/KDB who will play that killer pass or score that wonder goal on regular basis but what the kid does have is heart and a will to sacrifice his creativity for the cause of the team, that's something you can't teachI know very long but thanks for sticking with me on that one
