We have to be honest, what AVB said about Roman today is kind of true. Maybe the fact he is talking about Roman and the club a lot is a bit too far but he wasn't treated well here and he is just giving his side of the story. We can't just sit and say that Roman didn't do anything wrong because in the past he has sacked managers for stupid reasons - e.g. Mourinho and Ancelotti - or not backed them sufficiently enough like was the case with Villas-Boas and perhaps Big Phil.

Totally agree, PSG haven't got anything to show for their spending yet, they haven't won anything as a group where as Dortmund have and they will come back stronger in the CL in the upcoming season. Hope we don't get PSG or Dortmund in our group though as they are both building high quality teams.

Ajax have signed Adam Maher and are looking at the "possibility" of selling Eriksen this summer... Man Utd are believed to be in talks with him.... pity we don't need him now but he could of been a class addition for us last year.

He did well in that season where AVB won the Europa League against the clubs who were decent enough but not exactly top teams. Hes played good against some big teams, its just that he seems to drift in and out of some games against bigger teams or just not live up to expectations. Also he hasn't got a great defensive work rate but I would hope he would work on that if he came here. We'll see though.

Moses and Schurrle are a work in progress though while Hulk is basically developed and will play at that level until he is 28 or 29 then probably fade a bit. Hulk seems to go missing in big games thats the only problem, can't really say Benfica vs Porto is as big a game as Chelsea vs Man Utd will be or Chelsea vs Arsenal etc. Moses seemed to be Wigan's main man against the big teams, he'd always be looking to take people on and try create something. His stats aren't great but they're steadily improving tbh. Haven't seen much of Schurrle, watched a few Germany clips and he looked good for them. I wouldn't mind either of the 3 tbh. Yeah I was gutted that Rodriguez had such a high release clause but Porto seem to know how to make a fair return, the fuckers!!

Di Maria is far more creative than Hulk, he isn't as greedy either. If he cut the diving out of his game and wasn't injured as often as he has been the last season or two he'd be talked about as one of the best wingers in the world. He can get to the byline and cross, cut inside and play a killer pass or shoot. Hes also another left footed right winger but he is very good with his right foot also so he can mix it up a bit unlike Hulk who is completely one footed.

Much better than half winger half striker Moses and Schurrle, isn't that not exactly what Hulk is though? I would totally be up for signing James Rodriguez instead of Hulk because he has so much more potential and will end up eclipsing Hulk in a year or two. His release clause is more or less 40 million though.
