I think form counts as well. I've noticed that a player on form does better than a player with more (maybe not too much) skill. Also, my tactics have been practically the same since I joined the game and I haven't lost a match yet, that can't be a coincidence, tactics must be a huge factor in that.

Yeah I noticed too that sometimes the managers rating are a bit off. I think I once won a game 3-0 or something like that and the oposition manager got a better rating than mine.

He couldn't have been terrible the last few months because he didn't get a single start. I can tell you don't like him, but his talent is undeniable. He wouldn't have made it ti Juve otherwise.
