He certainly has the dribbling skills for the wing and to some extent the pace but the issue seems to be that his instinct is to always cut inside. I'm more a fan of old-fashioned wingers who stay wide and put in crosses.

Good first half, excellent second. Blue-tinted glasses maybe, but he the MOTM for me, definitely one of the best performers today, especially in the opening 25 mins of the second half. Great assist and probably should have got a goal from one of his two chances. Showed some signs of tiredness after the 75th minute. Was a good call to sub him off. His movement was excellent especially when he drifted centrally. His dribbling proved too much for the Bilbao defenders. And his relation with Isco caused all sorts of trouble for Athletic. I was also pleasantly surprised by his defensive work rate and tracking back. Over all, very much exceeding my expectations. Well done, Mr. Piazon.

As a new team you directly go into the 4th division (League 2). You don't players with very high skill level. Just get players who are 20-21 and have a skill level around 5 and develop them. I see you have some very good but old players. Those will give a very high level of performance. PS: I just sent you a challenge for a friendly.
