Ramires has been slated from the start of the season, Luiz isn't even playing much yet people are queuing up to call him a terrible player, and Mikel has been coming on for the last few minutes of the past couple of games to kill the game off and did exactly that yet he's still being singled out, and how has Torres been one of the three under performers? He's been pretty much the same as Eto'o and miles better than Ba this season. I didn't say there aren't positive comments, but the comments I'm talking about are not criticism, they are just pointless bashing and putting down of players that should not exist at all.

Obviously that wasn't aimed at you personally, but the general theme that our fans are following. Only played well against average European sides? Are you seriously saying that Torres hasn't had good performances for us outside of the EL last season? Bayern, Tottenham and City off the top of my head this season. He's scored against top teams as well as average teams. He's been inconsistent, yes, but that's one thing and it's completely another saying he only plays well against shit teams. Torres has been a regular for over three years. He's contributed to the club's success during that time just like all the players have. Everyone is entitled to criticizing the players, that is after all one of the points of the forum. I was called a Torres hater when only me and Tomo were criticizing his drought when he joined while everyone was blaming Malouda for not passing to him. But there's criticism and then there's pointless slating. The constant slating and putting down of our own players has gotten ridiculous. What exactly is the point of saying stuff like "Torres only scores against shit teams" or "Luiz only had two good months under Rafa" or "Apart from that goal against Barca, Ramires has done nothing for the club"?! Those are the type of bitter comments that are usually made by opposition fans. It's weird reading them coming from Chelsea supporters about our own players.

Then what's the point of trying to hide what he did for the team? And that makes it okay to discredit what he has done for the team? Torres has been a regular in our team for over three years so he obviously played a part in our success in that time. I think it's time to let go of the bitterness we have from the disappointment of his transfer fee and how that turned out and start getting behind the player that plays for our team. And it's not just Torres, take a look through the players section and you'd think we're battling relegation in League Two. And I'm not talking about normal criticism, it is just endless stick that almost all of our players get from our own supporters. Well what did you expect from someone as young as Oscar and two players having their first seasons in England? Inconsistency and dips in form are only natural. But they all have showed that they are capable of delivering and the team has produced without Hazard.

Schurrle just scored a hat-trick. Torres has scored and assisted in the past two games. Hazard makes a difference because of how good he is and can be, but he is by no means the center of our system nor has he been the sole source of goals and assists. If he is unavailable, Schurrle will slot in his place and we'll play the exact same system and hopefully everyone will chip in with goals and assists as they have been doing all season.

The first part of it implies the second, so you can't use "but" between them to show contrast because there is no contrast; instead you should use "and" to show a continuation in the idea. So if you know that Hazard is special and rare and we can't possibly have many of him in the team, what exactly are you suggesting? Because unless the criticism has constructive point, it's pretty much pointless moaning.

We have excellent AMs, probably the best in the league, but obviously not as good as Hazard who is probably in the top 3 players in the league. Any team in the world would suffer if they lost their best player and one of the best players in the league for a game. It is completely natural. Quit your moaning.
