Don't tell me, your imaginary mates at the Bridge think the same, right! Put me on ignore? Yeah right! You've been trying your best to get on nerves for months...admit it, you ca't live with out me!
-
Yeah, but a jump from Xavi and Iniesta to Rami, might be a bit too big of a leap for them! You're they have been trying to introduce a new style like Robguima said, but Rami is just too different and would struggle to fit in, imo. Would be such a shame if Rami makes the mistake that Mascherano and Song made.
-
LOL, yeah whatever makes it less embarrassing for you. BTW, I do love how you completely ignored the part about you saying that he was, last season, already better than Mikel and Ramires. That one was a classic!
-
Why would Barca want Rami? I would understand Real, but Barca?! I mean can you imagine Ramires trying to play tiki-taka with his passing ability? That would be hilarious to watch!
-
Of course not! He'll obviously be at the 2014 WC with the England squad because he's already better than Mikel and Ramires like you predicted last season
-
Feel like killing the journo who reincarnated this Falcao to Chelsea bullshit!
-
Alright, this is getting out of hands. If you two can't stand each other, then just put each other on ignore.

Pogba has been one of the highest rated prospects in the world from even before he joined utd. Anyone who follows youth football in England "rated him exceptionally high". Regardless of who "rates" who, Jack's ability on the ball at the age of 18 is in a different world than Chalobah and Pogba's physical presence and ability to influence the game was way ahead of Nathanial when he started playing for Juve. And Jack had a season in the PL which is an entire different universe than the championship. Top teams never wait for anyone. If you expect a team like chelsea to not buy a player for a position they need because they're waiting for a youth player to develop then you're living in fairyland. The suggestion that Chalobah, let alone Ake, are better than MVG is just ridiculous, with all do respect. That's like saying Tod Kane is already better than Azpi! Marco is on a different level technically and tactically, not to mention his experience at a much higher level. Arsenal didn't "wait" for Wilshere; they had the likes of Song, Fabregas, Ramsey..etc but he forced himself into the team just like Pogba did at Juve. Youth players will only get into a team if they are better than the available options for the team and good enough to be part of the team. That's why Wilshere and Pogba got into Arsenal and Juve and that's why Nathanial is on loan.
-
One problem: Nathanial is no where near as good as Wilshere and Pogba were when they started playing for Arsenal and Juve. Plus, Wilshere had to be loaned to a PL club and shine there to get a chance with Arsenal while the situation in the Serie A is completely different from the PL when it comes to youth promotion. It made absolutely no sense for Nathanial to stay, especially with MVG around who plays the same position and is only a couple of years older. Had he stayed, everyone would be criticizing the club for ruining his development by not loaning him out to get game time.
-
Because he's a player who's style I really admire. I just love his physical presence all over the pitch and his passion, not to mention his incredible shooting technique.
-
Unfair. RVP has a much better touch than him
-
I think Pogba is physically better than Witsel and obviously has a much higher ceiling. But Witsel is tactically much better due to his experience. I'd expect Pogba to be worth twice as much as Witsel because of all the potential he has. But then again, I'm biased when it comes to Paul.

Not as much WBA did, but they'll keep men in their half and rely on long balls. We've been suffering against teams that play long balls because Jose's system is to suffocate the opposition on the wings which leaves a bit of space in the "hole". Surely Big Sam will realize that they are the best team to take advantage of this. The solution on our part might be playing JT a few yards in front of the rest of the back four like we did against Villa.
-
Fair enough. That's your opinion. About the definition of racism, we discussed it another thread. This post summarizes my view: http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/7709-the-pub-discuss-anything/?p=797587
-
Defensively, yeah. But he's rarely in the opposition half because he doesn't trust his left foot on the ball. I wouldn't mind him him against a team that will attack but we can't be that narrow again against a team that is coming to defend. It was just a knock. IIRC he was available for WBA.
-
Because they the big boys always get special treatment.
-
Feel like I just walked in on a battle zone! Everyone needs to calm down and take other people's comments a bit more lightheartedly.
-
Not Azpi on the left again, please! We have a perfectly good LB in Bertrand yet Jose is almost certain to start a RB there!
-
Yeah, Egypt's luck with the WC was similar to ours with the CL. But 4 AFCON titles are not bad at all, not to mention all his continental success with Al Ahly. Anyway, back to Michael, will be great seeing him in the WC
-
What a player Abou Treika is, though Might not have gotten global fame because he never played in Europe, but he was one of the best players of his generation, certainly in Africa.
-
How did he do? I heard Egypt dominated them.

"should of been a comfortable save"?! You and I remember the Villa goal very differently! The way I remember it, it was a first time volley from inside the box that was hit with pace and with a couple of people blocking Petr's view. He also hit it with his back to goal so there was absolutely no way he could have expected that shot. Saying that any goal that goes in the near post is the keeper's fault regardless of how it went in is a generalization that is very illogical. Yes, Petr is paid to make those save, and so are other keepers at other clubs. But the thing is, very often, Petr makes an incredible save when any of those other keepers, who also get paid to make that save, would have let the shot in 9 times out of ten. He does that almost every single game and so it happens that those kind of saves come very often at a crucial time where conceding could change the outcome of the game. And once in a while, a very long while, Petr let's in a goal that most other keepers would have saved 9 times out of ten. The difference between how often he makes saves that others wouldn't have and how often he lets in goals that others would have saved is why vast majority of football fans would tell you that he's in the top 5 keepers in the world. I think you're grossly exaggerating the "mistakes" Petr have made. They are a very long way away from being an issue for the club, imo, let alone being worse than Turnbull.

Was he defending him when the media witch hunt was on? If not, he can f*** right off!
-
Made his debut for Netherlands as he came on in the 90th minute vs Colombia. Congrats Patrick!

Well insulting someone because of their nationality is kind of the definition of racism. Anyway, this not the place for this discussion. I just asked him to not make posts like that.
