Doesn't matter how, they won it. They've won the league and two cups in the past two seasons. Liverpool have only won one cup since 2006. I think it's clear who has a better winning mentality. Regardless, City have played like Champions this season in the EPL and have already showed that they have what it takes to win the title and frankly they have deserved it the most. Absolutely no chance in hell that Inter, or anyone in Italy will be willing to pay anything near Torres' wages. So, unless he'd be willing to take something like a 50-60% wage cut, he's more likely to Galatasaray and Mikel to Inter.

Tbh, he's not wrong. Obviously, it's not PSG alone, but they are a factor. Al Jazeera Sports (now BeIN Sports) is another factor...and about half of France! The government is using this policy of making big investments in popular brands to increase the profile of the country. And it's working for them. Not just for tourism. Silva looks like a man among boys in their defense.

Some Inter fans I know say that's it's likely that they will get him. They seem pretty excited about signing him.
