What exactly led you to believe that he would start? Was it the fact that he hasn't started a match in over a month? Or that he was beyond terrible in his last sub appearance?

It's a scissors kick

Stevie G is such an inspiration to us all. 35 years young and still breaking records!

FNL with Zouma and Remy:

By watching them both regularly? How do you meassure that Iva is physically stronger than Azpi? Can you say that it cannot be considered a fact? I'm not talking about one performance, in fact I barely saw parts of the rerun of City vs Barca because I was watching the Juve match. But if we're talking about physical strength in general, Tevez is stronger. He also knows how to use his strength better and is fearless in collissions and tackles.
-
It is of course your opinion, but "stronger physically" and "can hold the ball better" are just factually incorrect. Aguero is faster, but in tight spaces, Tevez can dribble past players much better. His close-control is unreal. For me, Aguero is a better goal scorer, but Tevez overall brings more to the table. Can't be controversial since I agree with all of it.

Very silly pen to give away. Got nutmegged and dragged the player down by the shirt.

To be fair Victor is excellent at that.

The difference, as I've said already, is that at the time Jose did not know who his best team was so he was willing to give other players chances and switch things around, and more importantly, we FIVE players for two starting spots while right now we just have two and Cuadrado who doesn't seem like he has started fitting in the team. But assume I bite, why do think Jose has different rules for different players? What exactly does he gain by not treating players equally and hence ending up with a team that he knows is not the best possible?
-
All of them hence why Kevin was the first to come off. While no attacked had a great game that day, I distinctly remember how nervous Kevin looked and how he looked like he couldn't cope with the pressure of the match. Seriously, what is your alternative explanation? Jose just woke up one day decided "I'm going to screw this guy over for absolutely no reason" and then laughed an evil laugh?!
-
Can't stop laughing at "flappy Hart"!
-
Who?! Okay, so google says his name is actual Dirk but his nickname is "dick"

There was some fuss made by non Chelsea fans Belgians on Facebook, but no one blamed Jose for not playing him after the game against Swindon. I think an important thing to remember as well is that that Hull match was Kevin's first in over a month since his injury and thus probably was not ready for 90 mins. If Jose did not rate him he would not have started him again Hull or especially away at Old Traford.
-
JT. He got MOTM IIRC. Now you name one player that played worse than Kevin in that game. Here's the difference: Kevin failed to take the chance he was given when Jose was seriously giving chances to everyone in the first team because he did not know who his best team was at the time. If him and Jose have 'obviously clashed in training', don't you think there would have been questions asked at the time about his sudden disappearance? But all our fans were actually saying that Jose was right to bench him especially after the COC performances. Of course it was the right decision for him to move on at the time but it was also the right move for the club and at a pretty good sum.
-
Yes, he played very well again Hull and was probably MOTM, then he had terrible game against united and was subbed off. Then he started in the first COC match a few games later and was terrible that he had to wait for the following COC match to play. As I said, Jose need to have had him more often on the bench to try to bring him on, even for a few minutes, and to give him confidence. But at this level you only have yourself to blame if you don't take chances.
-
But he wasn't fifth choice from the start. He actually started our first two matches of the season. It was his performances that bumped him down to fifth choice along with the fact that other combinations seemed to click for us. You can say whatever you want about Jose, but last season, especially in the first month or so, he gave equal chances to ALL the players in the first team. I think after the first 4 or 5 matches all the fit players in the first team had started at least one match except Essien IIRC who got his first start in the first COC match.

Well, I'm not trying to take away your cake, I promise I didn't mean that sense of consumerism. It's not about the cake ingredients, but what instagram helps do is it glorifies your Chanel bag, my Nike shoes, his Toyota...etc. and increases our attachment to them. It also promotes more wasteful consumerism, because I need to buy more 'cool' stuff to post on Instagram and because my friend who I don't really like is showing off her new skirt and getting all the attention. Obviously it's instagram is not alone, but it's a powerful tool to make you perceive the value of your life by what you own (and eat!). You buys stuff and then you have to work hard (or preferably take out loans) to be able to buy more stuff and it's useful because it's distracting from other social and political issues. And there is a huge industry, one of the biggest in the world, the marketing industry, that whole purpose is to tell you how those items define your life. As for killing the sense of community, when the interactions between humans are limited to 'liking' each others cake pics and checking each others profiles instead of humans actually getting together, then we're already trapped as isolated individuals who do not care about one another. And that's one of the main aims of consumerism, to get people to exist separately, because that way they are easier to control and target, they consume more, and less likely to partake in the extremely dangerous act of grouping with other humans which could actually change things. And no, it is all bad and we're all going to die and there is no point in even trying PS: Excuse the rant. I realize that most of it probably does not make sense.

I was just teasing, but the concept is rather weird to me. I just never felt that anyone in the world is interested in how my food looks before I eat it Although, admittedly, I rarely understand social habits and practices or human relations in general I think Instagram is supposed to be (another) means of destroying the sense of community in people and instead further enhance individualism in the culture of consumerism. I'd like to see it used to spread different ideas, experiences and cultures and even news, rather than people's food, personal items and new stuff they bought. But that's just theoretical idealistic crap
-
Yeah, but as always in the end, what the player wants is what matters the most.
-
Oh, no. You're one of those "food on Instagram" kind of girls? I always genuinely wanted to ask one of 'your kind': What exactly is the purpose? No, really, is it like "look how delicious my food looks, feel jealous" or like "look how healthy I pretend to eat, feel bad about yourselves" or like what?
-
Dunno, are you normally sexist or is this a one-off post?
-
No, they don't. There's an option to extend the loan for another year, then at the end of THAT year, they have a first option for 18m. We refuse to loan him back there at the end of this season and that first option disappears.

Choul19 but I never actually upload anything. I just use it to stalk and spy on our players
