our performances as a team , are a culmination of his work on the training ground , not his 5 minute pre game team talk.

Regardless of what he says, he must feel completely mugged off. This is one of the best LB in Europe around and although we have had 3 games in 1 week he has not started a game. Azpi has been fantastic but there is no harm in giving a very good LB the odd start and rotating. It just seems what was the point in paying this much for a LB that was never going to play. It is not as if he has been poor as well. He has been very solid for us when he has played.

This is so disrespectful to the likes of Carvalho, Desailly, Alex and Gallas. Christ.
