  1. You know things are fucking horrible when playing Kalou might not be the worst option in the world
  2. His first real mistake all season. Very happy they won anyway. I hope they progress far to give him more experience against European sides
  3. How has Lampard been treated abysmally? He doesn't deserve to be starting every game anymore so I don't see why he should start simply because he is "Frank Lampard"?!
  4. I'm glad to see that the majority of fans are really turning on the players rather than AVB. These players really have been a disgrace and I can't believe that the same guys who won us league titles a few years ago have now started acting this way. I agree! Surely, if Roman had doubts about whether sticking with AVB was the right idea, he would have sacked him already. And as we can now see, the situation with the players has been escalating and I'm sure a few 'Model Professionals' have been to see Roman to give 'feedback' on our new manager. If Roman was on the players side, he would have listened and taken action. Also, the things AVB has been saying since his very first interview, has given the impression that he has the full backing of Roman. He has always responded confidently whenever asked about whether he can last at the club, etc etc which I don't think he would do unless Roman had told him that he would be given time. These comments in the latest press conference are strange - for a manager to come out and admit that there is player power, that not everyone backs him, and didn't he also admit that the story about some of them texting Mourinho was true? (didn't get to watch the press conference but saw a quote about that on twitter). While it may not be the best strategy to admit that to the media who must have started rubbing their hands with glee the moment he said those words, what he also did was send out the warning to his players that he has the support of Roman and crying to him will be no use. Disgraceful, disgraceful attitude from the players. I just want to fast-forward to August when hopefully most of the trouble-makers will be gone, AVB will still be here and there'll be some fresh new blood that's hungry for success and respects the manager 100%.
  5. I'm happy that roman seems to be supporting him 100%. I really don't think AVB will get the sack even if we finish 5th this season. Promising signs from Roman that he is willing to give him some time.
  6. 1-1 they've not been in the match at all and a goal out of nothing
  7. So refreshing to see Chelsea players play with desire and effort. Chelsea seniors, take note!
  8. ohhh Piazon took too long! Almost a very good goal
  9. these players are showing much more desire than their seniors. understandably the quality isn't as good but their movement is much better
  10. ah okay. Looks pretty good. I like the diagonal white stripe
  11. Thats.... pretty interesting. i don't know how I feel about the yellow. It's a fake though, right?
  12. I agree... we already discussed this a week or so ago and I expressed my views and I still stand by them. If these reports are true, I can understand his frustrations at not being played as a striker but he needs to learn to get on with it. He has done nothing in his career yet. He has only had 12 months of regular football. And he's already unhappy?! Jeez!
  13. I think he can actually. There were reports that he had been added to the CL squad for the knockout stage. But nothing official so it's not 100% certain. Since Anelka was removed, I'm guessing Lukaku was definitely included.
  14. Piazon hasn't played a single competitive game either. Not even in Brazil. Not saying he's not talented. But imo he doesn't deserve all this hype when he's not shown anything yet. Of course we hope that he becomes a good footballer, but it's a long way to go still
  15. haha maybe just a tad I don't remember that season very well because it was depressing apart from the domestic cups but I honestly don't remember being even 1/10th as frustrated with Sheva as I was/am with Torres.
  16. By the time the report is posted on the official website, he will have been sold to Vitesse.
  17. Yeah I didn't mean to snap at you like that! Haha! Let's just say I'm a little on edge whenever the topic of Torres comes up
  18. Can't wait for the match against Baselona on Saturday. It'll probably decide which one of us gets promotion!
  19. At the start of the season, most fans did not believe that our players were such disgraceful twats and they wouldn't act this way. Hence I believed that a lot of it was media bullshit. But after looking at the performances lately, it seems as if it was true all along unfortunately. I am very, very disappointed at the way these players are behaving. It's embarrassing.
  20. Nah the whole article on yahoo news is a fake. Like Alex said, it's a satirical piece.
  21. Like it was mentioned, it's possible that all of this has been going on since the start of the season but has simply escalated now. And imo Drogba is definitely involved in some way given his attitude
