  1. May be he was just a one season wonder? I ll be honest i don'tr follow La Liga as religiously as i follow EPL , hence has no comments on him but he did run circles around Man Utd. He was kinda short for me though!
  2. Nobody is gonna make an emotional speech? No thanking your parents, god, your life partner, your best friend. What ungrateful people we have here! Just kidding, congratulations to everyone. You thoroughly deserve it. I hope i am up there challenging in one of the categories next year even if it has to be the "most controversial"
  3. Not many sees Football as the main thing when they idolize players. They give equal amount of weightage to style, the girl the guy gets and all. Makes them over rated footballers for a rational mind. Few great free kicks. Meh. Still overrated. Not to mention the over the top wages for that average amount of quality.
  4. That didn't sound right! Or maybe it's just my dirty mind. btw another season of my TV screaming LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!
  5. I want Paolo Ferreira to start this one. His last game for us. What a servant to the club.
  6. Jorge Jesus: '[benfica] showed to all the world that they were the worthy winners' 'I would like to thank the Benfica fans who showed they were better than the Chelsea fans' And that's it, Jesus has left the building. I don't think he congratulated #cfc once, which is a little ungracious.Jorge Jesus :
  7. Yet again, managerial continuity proves vital to success - oh, wait ... -Twitter. Couldn't agree more
  8. is the team playing with any particular shape? I don't see any!!
  9. I give him 0/10. I expected him to dribble around the defenders, do a rabona while pulling down their shorts and lighting a fire on their arse. He didn't , hence zero!
  10. Chelsea's never-ending season to get even longer. No, thank you! Win against Everton and end this season then and there!
  11. Will you please stop using these cheesy hollywood lines? Stop insulting the actual soldiers who give their lives for the country!! Vicious character attacks? You watch too much TV. Get a grip FFS!!
  12. Wasn't luiz captaining the brazillian side in the past few matches? Was that a stop gap arrangement or Scolari does see his captain in Luiz? I think he will make Luiz play in the midfield!
  13. Looking at the way Stingray has been welcoming new members here, i am glad i made an entry before him. Thank the lords.
  14. 54 replies, 3 pages in an introduction page! This has to be a record, right! The best introduction ever made!
  15. http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/15871-liverpool-v-chelsea/page-2 You will find a post here and the next page as well, you will know he was a legend.
  16. Oh, come on! Look at the things and analyze! More than half of the present Chelsea have said that want to play Mourinho and Jose is loved by the fans bla bla bla! Jose in his press conference himself said his friends know where he will be after Real Madrid when asked about fergie's retirement!! it all points to Jose coming back to the bridge. All we have to do now is wait for the announcement. Getting paranoid isn't gonna help! And i certainly don't expect you to get paranoid!
  17. When compared to Scholes that is. I never see Scholes in his own team's box. He is always outside dictating which he does pretty well!
  18. Fair enough! When it comes to passing, even i am in awe of some of Scholes's long ranger! But i would still rate Lampard better in Heading, Hard work, Set pieces, Defending and reading of the game.
  19. Won't believe anything regarding belgian players unless it comes from John Chapman or thebelgianwaffle
  20. Depends on how you see your midfielder. SAF said Scholes is the best player ever for United and the same man said he lost out on signing Lampard because where would he get 200 goals. Youu wouldn't see Scholes making that run Lampard did to score no.203 whereas u wouldn't see Lampard sitting back and dictating even the last ever game of his career at home Also consistency is massively underrated. Scholes started his playing career in the 93-94 season, will be 39 this year, while Frank started his career 2 years later 95-96 season and will be 35 this year. Frank has played almost 900 matches for club and country in that time, almost a 100 more games than Scholes has. Ofcourse having more goals and assists!
  21. Aguero too. Hasn't had the similar impact as he had last season. Especially by his standards!!
  22. He could be on bench for the final according to twitter!!
