Not everybody is like Mourinho on the other hand Success comes with patience - look at Shitty currently, Mancini has built a squad ( with billions yes) but was afforded time to comprise a squad of his own. Give him time bro, let him build his squad and scrutinise him afterwards. This is just a transitional season patience is a virtue -

And what about Ferguson when he was a freshface - if you look back you'll see he was on the edge of receiving the sack in a time when it wasn't as ruthless as today. Nobody's commending AVB at the moment but are saying a sack would be unscrupulous and negative for the long-term. Who would you bring in and how long would it last before we decide to pull the axe again. As difficult as it may be for some to take, especially at a time when you can't see much good you need to look at the future and let AVB build a squad. A aging squad, lacking creativity, making stupid individual mistakes, and inconsistent forwards doesn't help AVB at all. But give him time to build he's the boss, and will rectify them. -

EXACTLY, I think some people are blind to the bigger picture and actually expected AVB to pull of a treble immediately. Alex Ferguson was so close to receiving a pink slip but didn't. 20 years later look where the prick has brought them. Temporary Salvation in bringing Hiddink back is absurd, we MUST give AVB the time to bring in some new faces. -

Your missing the point completely, how can 3 additions too a squad suddenly transcend into a squad built by AVB. Give him January ffs, just a window too make this squad his own and then you can complain. Sacking AVB NOW WILL MAKE this difficult period redundant, and we'll be back to square 1 in our ruthless sacking of managers. None of us are happy at these results but we can't afford to sack a manager on emotion. Use your brains and look at the bigger picture. -

You've virtually contradicted yourself. This isn't AVB's squad, let him build one then make that point. AVB is doing what he think is best with the squad we have, it's not our shape, formation or any of that but a tired squad yearning some fresh and creative additions (not to mention little mistakes by some players). -

If we were going to continue our shameful trend of frivolously sacking managers then we would've already! Their is no justification for our torrid run of results, and we have a reason to be agrieved but a sacking won't fix anything! It'll do way more damage then good, I mean look at the long term! Even immediately who is their to replace him and remain here in the long run. Nobody. The fact is AVB is working with a frail squad, a midfield with little creativity, a defense leaking goals, great inconsistency upfront and a keeper not doing too great either. Let him build, the pieces he has brought are top notch we just need to afford him more time. -
When was the last time we exploited a top 4 clubs slip-up? No REALLY I do want to know...

Damn Damn Damn - Why no Heskey!? Darn injuries.
-
Yes, but as mentioned before this kid is special. If we wait too long its only a matter of time before the likes of Real and Barca pursue him. We have Torres already, who isn't getting anything from our service. I know Higuain and Cavani are clinically superior, and more confident atm but whose to say they can do any better. Pato doesn't need any of that, but can create something on his own accord. It's like Dzeko vs Aguero.
-
When I said reliance on being fed I meant like how they play well when the wingers and midfielders are. They are clinical though yes. But with Pato he can make a goal out of nothing, he has that magic. Remember that goal against Barca? Pato can beat 2 or 3 players and score out of nothing.
-
Pato - Mr.Versatile, Mr. Usain Bolt, Mr. Young, - see my point, Pato is a rare breed of striker. Ronaldo (real Ronaldo)-esque and Aguero like. Higuain and Cavani are fantastic poachers who won't be any less of a buy, but in the premier league this guy would cause absolute havoc. Cavani and Higuain, proven as they may be are more reliant on being fed. Great players nevertheless. Pato injuries can be a worry, but maybe our doctors can help him in another way.I know Milan are renowned for their incredible fitness levels, but we aren't too shabby. If this boy can be kept fit he has everything to be one the top players in the world.

I got some good vibes from this for sure. AVB has outlined we'll be targeting: -talent, the "best talent available" - Lucas, Hazard? I'm relieved we're not going for the lazy route and still looking positive - the "forward sitatuion" any way you look at it, their must be truth in some rumors - Higuain, Hulk and Pato were all finding their way too the newspapers last week so I think their is something to go on their. Same goes for Hazard and Lucas! My wishlist: Lucas, Hazard, Pato and Cahill For Midfield I say we don't splash the cash: Josh, even after his inevitable loan may lose a lot of playing time and we have Piazon already. I'd say Sergi Roberto is a good one. Perhaps recall Kakuta for the wings but a loan might suffice for the 2nd half of the season.
-
Carlo please do us a favour: take Malouda and leave Pato for us

"No, this is not true," he told Sky Sports News when asked if City were close to sealing a deal for the youngster. "He is a good player but at this moment we have not spoken about him." - Mancini

Well overdue... Madrid (Yes, they see the long term and consistently achieve outstanding revenue results - Perez is a marketing genius) and Milan especially are exceptional in those terms.
