Changing the formation, a FB and using young players won't change shit when all the players are playing like headless chooks. How many youngsters can a team realistically start with? Not many. Changing to a 4-3-3 or whatever formation won't magically make Hazard, Costa, Pedro, Ivan, Terry, Matic, Fabregas , Falcao, Remy, Oscar, Mikel, and Baba not rubbish. This goes way deeper than a little tactical tinkering. Mourinho has been shit but nearly everyone at the club has been just as bad.
