Not many's passing skills can match up to Pirlo. There are plenty out there that brilliant with short passes but not many can say they are in the Pirlo's realm of the long pass. Now I know alot of people will say: "Spike stop being a dickhead and stop overrating our youngsters." But I'm not, McEachran's passing is unique and with the proper care he could be considered one of the best passers ever but that will be a lot of hard work for him and he has to be committed. I don't know McEachran personally so I can't vouch for his ambition and motivation. But don't forget that he is only 19 and every other player I've mentioned (Pirlo, Xavi, Alonso, Scholes) is 30+ years old, so time is an asset.

At one moment in time there was a sensible debate living, thriving here but sadly as the nature of the universe dictates: time destoys all things ("le temps détruit tout" - an often controversial and always disturing Argentine). What was once a thing of beauty and enlightenment has fallen into the realm of "pissing contests", each man (or woman!) attempting to one up the other in a show of power and superiority.

The main weaknesses of Pirlo is that he plays very stationary and requires a great B2B or Defensive midfielder and is quite lazy and useless in defence. One of Oscar's main strengths is his mobility and ability to close down players very quickly.

I don't think I've seen him play in a chelsea shirt yet.
