I didn't say that. I just said he has a stupid haircut and that he has tattoos. I was using them as adjectives not as reasons for him not coming here. He broke Ballack's leg. He has an awful personality. He has an awful attitude. Everytime I've seen him with Milan he has looked lazy and careless. He is injury prone.

I really dislike this man, To see him in a Chelsea shirt would be disturbing and distasteful. He, his stupid haircut and mulitple tattoos can stay in Milan or fuck off to another club. Literally one of the last players I want to see at Stamford

So is there any particular reason you feel like a twat today? Or is just a normal thing?
-
Challenge accepted. Hopefully I bang in as many as Cavani does goals. He is a goal machine, I want to be a machine of other sorts.

Complain about your least favourite Brazilian Serie A team. Or you could just ask rmpr what he thinks about Corinthians.

At this point in time I'd ban every single user that makes a big nose joke at my Zlatan's expense if I were a staff member. Amazing player, absolutely phenomenal. No other way to describe this man. He gets a bad reputation for being 'bad person' or an arrogant bastard but I think he isn't that bad of a person. He is very egotistical though, but no more egotistical than Drogba was five or six years ago.

Damn man, I'm above average height for males.

It's above me to understand how someone people have the audacity to say another user does not deserve MOTM when they have been rightfully voted in. It's about who the masses believe deserve it not the individual. So when you say 'XYXYXYX' doesn't deserve it, well that's your opinion not divine fact. Why even mention it in the first place anyway? It's not a good look and it shows a hints of bitterness and jealousy. This topic is about you think deserves it, not who you think doesn't deserve it. You can get by just fine by stating you think deserves it, there is absolutely no need to slag off other members if you think they don't deserve it. Sometimes less said, is better. It's all on you now you Scouse McCuntface. You better win.

@Leif, I was strolling down a crummier part of Brisbane when I stumbled upon this marvelous...well...I managed to snap a shot on my iPhone so take a look...

...a very average footballer that has been 'lifted' to world class tier by his physical attributes that few can outright match.

The day I meet someone who dislikes Sheva is the day I get charged with assualt: Torres take note: even though he flopped as hard you, he is loved almost universally by Chelsea fans. Food for thought.

Have you never seen that joke before?
-
Chelsea are a top team now - but are these the best days?

Things can look much nicer and grander in retrospective. People tend to block out all the bad things and remember the good. Think back hard enough and you'll remember a lot of things that you wish didn't happen or hope never happen again. Think of it like this: People nowadays say that modern music is awful when compared to the music of the past. Is it though? We've always complained about modern music while idolising the old. It's because the awful music is slowly forgotten over time while the great music is timeless and remembered for decades. In ten years we will still be complaining about modern music and still be idolising the old, but the catch is that some music today will be catergorised as great. If that makes any sense. -
Awesome, thanks for the nominations and votes lids. Wasn't expecting it this time around.

What happened exactly?

Hulk is muscular. Hulk is strong. Hulk is fast. Hulk has powerful left foot. Hulk can dribble. But Hulk make bad decisions... Shoots when Hulk should pass. Dribbles when Hulk should pass. Hulk relies on Hulk's pace too much. Without pace, Hulk is nothing. Hulk can't use right foot. Hulk's finishing isn't technical, Hulk only relies on power to score. Hulk is owned by third parties which pushed Hulk to moved to Russia from Portugal. Hulk sad now.

Josh is and was good enough to get into that Swansea midfield over the likes of Britton, Allen and the other guy I always forget. Rodgers is just an idiot that was too afraid to put him in the first time for the sake of 'consistency'. All the blame for McEachran's failure at Swansea is Rodger's. At Middlesborough he earned brilliant reviews while being played as a CM; which you know is his natural position. But Mowbray had a spark of a brilliant idea and moved Josh out wide to the left. He doesn't have the pace nor the physicality to play as a winger. Why did Mowbray do this? At the end of the day though, Josh has to accept that he could have maybe done more to get into the first teams at all his clubs.

Wow. How about next time instead of beating around the bush you just tell me to 'go kill myself'? It'll save time and space.

Football buzzwords and terms that will hopefully die one day or be replaced by less ambigious words/terms: Double pivot False nine Every single position that is not: "winger, fullback, centreback, central midfielder, attacking midfielder, defensive midfielder, striker." Fuck specifics like: 'wide inverted trequarista winger forward striker.' Specifics like #10, targetman, deep lying playmaker, ball playing centre half. creative - I hate this with passion sometimes. The times when people debate the bullshit about players like Modric v Mata in the creativity department. Different players in different positions. Get over it. Overrated (I know it's not exclusive to football but football fans seem very fond of this word) The next 'Pele' or whatever player. This is especially bad when used like this: The next Cristiano Ronaldo. He is still playing... So much of it is semantics and so many arguments start over it. The arguments are boring and pointless.

And yet the general consensus among footballing fans is that was his best season. He also played in the hole at the World Cup, where is I'm not mistaken he won the Silver Ball. He also played their during the last Euros...and at Gala... He is a number 10 and always has been, just because he plays disimilar to Mata does not make it false. He is not like Xavi and he is not like Pirlo. You seem to think that a number 10 is restricted to playing behind the striker. A number 10 isn't always shoehorned into the 'hole'. Cristian Eriksen for instance is a number 10, yet he plays in the midfield for Ajax, same with Iniesta, he plays alongside Xavi in the midfield and he is a number 10. Halfway through writing this, I've realised that I don't care in the slightest. Believe what you want, I really don't care about what position some rich Dutch guy plays in his little game of chase the ball.

Wait a minute, what? I've been avoiding posting a lot lately but this just shot out at me as intrinsically wrong on so many levels and I had to comment. Sure he drops deep sometimes but he is nothing like Pirlo or Xavi nor does he just sit there and dictate play. He is a number 10 if I ever saw one. Just look at Inter's treble winning side, Sneijder was involved in nearly all their attacks, he was up around the box and the channels all the time. Sure he dropped deep sometimes but that was only one facet of his game, he is major strengths were up in the thick of things supporting the forwards. Sneijder was the point of evolution for Jose changing from the 4-3-3 to the slightly different 4-2-3-1; which at Inter was just a bastardised 4-3-3 with one midfielder moving forward more (Sneijder) and two droppping deeper (Zanetti, Cambiasso) but essentially that is what a 4-2-3-1 is anyway... With two dending midfielders and defensive wingers, Sneijder was expected to start attacks from deep but also support everything up front, which from what I could tell was his main preogative. Different to Mata but in a 4-2-3-1 he occupies the same position. Sneijder is an instigator not a dictator like Xavi or Pirlo. He starts attacks and supports the forwards, he doesn't sit deep controlling the tempo passing the ball around probing for a perfect pass. There may not seem like much of a difference but to there is and it's massive.

Joe Cole begs to differ.

Undisputed best played in the world from 2009 to 2010. Along with Milito dragged Inter to a Italian football's first treble and single handedly dragged the Netherlands to the World Cup final. If Mou can get this Sneijder again, I'll be extremely happy. Sneijder was probably one of my favourite players for a long while, that's how good Sneijder was for a period. But if Mou gets that tattooed freak that has replaced Sneijder I won't be. Yes, please. No, thanks.

It's still kind of surreal isn't it? I mean I didn't think this day would come so soon.
