Hes a pretty good player, but I view him as a poor mans ganso. Same build, same style, just not quite as good.

WHS Inside Source - 2 Players Leaving in January
incometax replied to We Hate Scouse's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
The only 2 people I trust on twitter have said themselves cahil is either ours or extremly close, if this is the case its definitely bye bye Alex. As for anelka, if we pick up de bruyne surely one of anelka malouda or kalou will be out. This is what is expected to happen in January at least. The interesting thing now is if we can/will pick up a third signing in january which would be a marquee signing . -
This and 25something odd million at stake. Last year arsenal brought in around 40 mil from cl revenue, while I forget which english team it was, but one of the english teams in europa league team made just 5.5 mil from europa league revenue(im basing this off what one of the sky announcers said when van persie scored for arsenal in their cl qualifier match this season against udenlise). Keep in mind if this were a season regulated by ffp and we were to lose to valencia, ouch that would really hurt.

In before someone slates me for poor spelling on a forum board. Sorry ^^

wish I had your optimistic view, but Malouda two games in a row against pool. Hes a bloody awful player , how could any manager who has half a brain pick him?! well admitively he does not have many other options and mata does need rest. But dosent chelsea fc have consultants, lawyers, scouts, board members that surely watched all last season and saw this coming, and none of them could pressure on avb bring in at least another winger. We as in chelsea staff from board to lawyers and Avb looked a touched disorganized in the transfer window this summer. Only started to look organized til the end. Yes he did join midsummer appose to when carlo was sacked, but surely this was enough time to see the glaring holes or listen to the cries of chelsea fans. Yes mata and romeu have been class thus far but ffs if you watched last season SOIFEJESOIFJSEOIFJSEIOSJFOISFOISEMFOISEMFOS at least 2 more among those were needed.. POINT FINALE

If you followed portugese soccer last year, which I didn't but however took the time to educate myself of what transpired you would know Sporting Clube de Portugal were in crisis and benifica were horrific as well. Btw benifica had squad overhaul of 7 players this summer and are doing great this season.(a case of revolution working, unlike avb thinks evolution is otherwise best). Portguese league is a 3 horse race always between those 3 and two teams in crisis, and Avb INHERITED a better squad than the other two title competing teams. In no way this a function of his architecture which we are trusting him to do now at chelsea.

plastic? Mature response to anyone who conjures a different opinion than yours? Its a bloody avatar I couldn't be seriously bothered to change, nor have I lost 100 percent faith, just 99.4 %,. And I put this avatar up when we were all seduced by avb's glazzy shave and impress speech abilities(sounds familiar right??????). I was a suck and naive admittedly at the time.

hahah, ok Obama didn't walk into a good situation, likewise avb. Both have managed to take bad situations and make them worse. avb out Hiddink in? unless avb can turn it around and make this last month an outlier. definitely obama out trump in. And I think the avb Obama analogy has to many similarities to not make a joke of. If I have offended you, well I really couldn't careless.
-
avb is exactly like obama, came with so much promise. One has runied the country he is in charge of and the other takes a worldclass football team to not qualifty for cl and go out in group stages(if you think were beating valencia, your a thick fken moron). Stop being so fucken nieave people thinking he is a savior. The way its set up at porto I could win a treble there. Cut our losses. Hiddink in for the next 3 years, he will get results while rebuilding.

not this but rather,

more seriously, google looking for transfer rumor discussion, I would check a few of the Chelsea forums and thought this one was the best so I eventually made account after like 2 months of viewing without account.

when does europa league start?
-
Woudn't mind him for the right price as he would help us ensure top 4 at least this season. But come january there are other wingers I prefer us to pursue appose to krasic. For instance Marko Marin who is german of serbian decent if im not mistaken, brilliant player 22 years old(small though) best position is lw, so we could move mata to right or centrally. Basicaly we can kill two birds with one stone. Krasic = solve rw problems for now and a bit longer. While marin would help us right now and be immense for the future as well.

attacking football with rameries mikel and lampard as your mids, makes me question his awareness. If he came out with the right tactics or impact subs that have worked more than twice this season I would see his glimpses of potential, but im not impressed. And if you cite his record at porto I will laugh, Porto is an amazingly run club from top to bottom, the way its set up I could win a double there . I will give him the benefit of doubt for now and still back him(I AM NOT YET CALLING FOR HIS SACKING THATS JUST DUMB), but im curious how chelsea will look when he gets the players he wants. First thing he can do to really impress me is show some balls and put some of the older players who are being played cause of reputation on the bench.
-
Obviously no one is a fan of avb's work this season, but sacking him is just unrealistic at this time, and judgment on him should be after at least 1 season and a bit. The thing that worries me is how will we be able to sign a top talent like cavani as someone mentioned earlier in this thread when were playing in Europa league? I have come to terms with not making cl this season, but Christ we are so desperate for signings in certain positions it will be hard to attract quality. Avb and gourlay have considerable work ahead of them this summer, we will have to look at new targets that are willing to join a team not in cl. Possibly targets like de bryne and someone like gaston rameriez wouldnt mind a season w/o cl maybe. I just hope we don't suffer for lack of organization in the summer.
-
I think if we swtich to 4-2-3-1 , di maria or lucas moura would be more natural in the rm position.
-
Personally I think is a great pr campaign to target young kids! I also like being a hated team, lets reinforce that.
-
Hazard in, gotze in, champions league in. Simple formula. Would love mceachren and mata spotting hazard with great service, he would open up so much space for torres.
-
Neymar or Pato without question Hamsik or Hernanes without question Gotze or Moutinho I want him more than anyone at chelsea Pastore or Modric dont rate pastore highly Hulk or Di Maria Flip a coin on this one to close to call Higuain or Benzema Not a benzema fan, would take jovetic over any of these two in a heartbeat
-
Would rather fork 45 mil for hazard, imagine an open game like the one today(against arsenal 5-3 loss) with eden hazard. Would be a game where he easily picks up 2 goals and more.
-
if we dont get top 4(i dont think we will), no new stadium, mata will leave within 2 years and its rip chelsea as a top club. THere iis just so many problems with the team. The fact rameries, a guy with no skill or techinal ability what so ever is our best midfielder is where the problem starts. we have 1 worldclass player right now, and thats mata. Everyone else is over it, or as ppl on this forum are describing as above average but not worldclass. We need so many new players, and if we were to rebuild now, at least 4 years till we would be titles contenders. Dislike this all you like you know inside of all of you this is the absolute truth. What can you do? Idk slag those cunts on cpo that voted no... but pretty much not much else. Its rip chelsea for a while my friends, it was a fun 2003-2010. It was fun years filled with trophies and sorrows, but ambarmovic and chelsea changed football forever, i think its made it more exciting with forein owners pumping mass money, and we helped make the premier league the top league if anything. This is our legacy that we have left behind. Its over guys, it was fun, it was emotional, but the time comes for everything.
-
David luiz is aggressive but not clumsy. At times he may pay the price, but I am of the stance hes a world class defender at defending. Hes got pace, technical ability to tackle intercept, good in the air and always full of confidence.
-
A new right back, a worldclass defender(im sorry but iva is to slow and jt is getting old), however I dont think 4th goal was terrys fault, than its trash like malouda anelka drogba, and kalou that are still hingering. Replace with a worldclass RIGHT WINGER and de bryne for depth. Sturridge should be in rotation for rw and Cf. Torres wasnt great but his service was even worse. And lastly we need a worldclass attacking mid. Lampard played good, but second half was two slow and tottaly ineffective. 3 worldclass players+ a rb, is a big shopping list, but its honestly what we need.
-
United do not have a good chance @ moura, they would be hellbent to pay his estimated fee of 40mil and Manchester dosent have a great reputation amongst south american players and uniteds mananger dosent speak porteguese. I also think their squad lacks a player like ganso more than moura. Assuming moura is sold within 2 years i think madrid does not have place for him. They have caneles in their ranks and have sahin ozil arleady for attacking mids, and di mairia+hazard or neymar or even both as wingers. Barcelona may have interest in moura but they have thiago and sanchez can play in mid as well, among that chrisiten erikson has been very keen on joining them, its also pastores dream to play for barca. From what I have heard PSG have had the most interest in moura which means he wont go for cheap but im confident this wont end like the pastore chase did(if there ever was one in the first place).
