Find it hard to disagree with this as ive said the same myself in conversations recently. But i think if any match could be made for Torres surely this can be it.....maybe hope more than think
-
How great would it be if this was the game Torres hits a hat trick. Priceless

a fella i know got scooped by plod last week going to balckburn because the fellas were all singing that... as soon as they stepped off the train they were collared and told that charges were to be made....crazy
-
Especially proud of frank tonight.

he's rough around the edges but he can certainly see a pass, might be too soon to come to us tho
-
more viewers than us v Liverpool? Of the fellas ive spoken to ,who have no allegiance to any of us ,are at a loss to explain it as our match is the one that looks the more exciting of the round.

So I was just wondering if anyone can give me a viable reason why it is that our tie with the scousers has been dumped in order to show everyone's favorite (at least at sky it would seem) team? It's a joke that they have dumped the all prem game for manure palace. You would think the recent transfer activities between us alone would have enticed sky to show our game but no. Shame on you sky

I'm all for it, what adults get up to in there own time is up to them.... Sorry thought the title said swingers

ha ha that must have ruined his day.

Bring it on. Ad others have said I get really agitated when the stewards come round telling you to sit down even tho the 3 rows in front are on there feet too. Hate sitting at matches

Absolutely he does although ill be surprised if he starts. Well done Dan -
He is an absolute undoubted legend and I'm backing him to break the 200 goal margin

Liverpool next up in the League Cup!
ulsterchelsea replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
HOLY SHIT! I shouldn't be surprised but I am -
To say our strikers ain't firing is harsh on studger, he is being written off after a brief spell as the main striker. Rather than pine over players who are not going to come here anytime soon I'd like to see danny given a try for a sustained period
-
I dont think he is as fantastic as some, actually think he blows hot and cold but on his day he is a real handfull. Dont see us meeting the buy out anyway
-
I personally couldn't give a Fuck what the daily mail say and I never found it difficult to understand (whatever you meant with that) the point I'm making is that players change their minds on the pitch and allow others to try their luck for whatever reason (maka v charlton) and other players step up, can't see why he wouldnt want it.....don't understand what's so difficult to understand

Would Like to see this by the end of January...
ulsterchelsea replied to wisey11zola25's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Come the end of january is like to see us sitting around the top 3, hitting good form with our defencive issues sorted out and our front line scoring for fun thus ruling out the necessity to bring in any overpriced signings -
what commentator in his right mind is going to chastise Torres for being greedy for wanting to take a pen given the lack of goals he has had. When I used to play I was a striker and although I could take a pen anyway, if I hadn't scored in a few and we got a pen I couldn't wait to get at it. What better opportunity can you have than one on one with the keeper and no one closing you down. Obviously IM not comparing myself to Torres but I think a lot of the time these are the comparisons that we as football fans draw on but don't tell me that some people just aren't good at pens, if your a striker in poor scoring form there is no better chance to get yourself on the score sheet and if he is afraid of what there commentators and media outlets will say should he miss then I sugges he knocks football on the head because he is firmly in the spotlight and any striker afraid of taking on a goal scoring oppertunity ain't worth having
-
Im not being a doom merchant here (well no more than is usual for a pessimistic Chels lover) and jumping on the recent "crisis" bandwagon but i dont and never do have a good feeling when traveling to Ewood Park. Think if Drogs had of been available id have been slightly more optimistic but i reckon Torres will be in for another fruitless experience in front of goal unfortunately. Can see a draw .....PLEASE PLEASE CHELS PROVE ME WRONG

Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas
ulsterchelsea replied to Fulham Broadway's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I think anyone genuinely calling for his head needs their own examined! I think he is 100% the man for the job and quite frankly if we are not winning every game but are always looking to be attacking and push forward we will win more than we lose. -
Ill be interested to see how he plays when he comes back, he didnt look himself when last he returned. If he could recapture his form of old then its like a brand new signing in January but realistically how long will it take him to regain full match fitness? Sad to say i think his best is long behind him but you never know

Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas
ulsterchelsea replied to Fulham Broadway's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
That this squad has needed revamped for years! Yes we won the double with the majority of this squad but i think many will agree that season actually covered a multitude of sins. I know we played some lovely stuff that year but we still needed to get some of the dead wood out and refresh the squad a long time ago -
renault 5 more likely and he was prob conceived in the same place

Torres! What's the sense in having a 50 mill striker in your team who is struggling and wont even take a fucking pen? Seems bizarre to me
