  1. You can't (expect to) fix every problem in one window. Not just because of money, but the right players are not always available. Before this window opened, it was pretty clear we needed a striker, a right winger, a left winger, more creativity in the side, a midfielder and a RB. We have solved creativity and left wing options with the signings of Oscar, Hazard and Marin. And look close to getting a RB. We're also linked with many forwards so we should get a right winger/striker before the window closes. And the only area left will be midfield, which can be solved in January - or this window if the right player comes along for the right price like RDM has been saying.
  2. Seriously this guy posts so much shit. According to him, Azpilicueta and Moses should have been Chelsea players by now since they both had their medical couple days ago...
  3. "Ramirez is contracted to Bologna and the club will decide upon his future, not the player himself," Guaraldi [bologna president] said. "Ramirez's behaviour is totally unacceptable, giving open interviews like that without consulting us. Gaston cannot force my hand with two interviews. I am a serious person and I've already said it will take ¬20m to sell him. And I also told his agent." http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/1136060/bologna-deny-soton-deal-for-gaston-ramirez?cc=5901
  4. Because he isn't good enough.
  5. He isn't rubbish or fantastic, he's slightly above average and thus not worth big money. And you're right, it's not my money, but it would just suck to see another big money signing come here and not deliver.
  6. I don't think it's that important. What we need is some competition for Torres and someone who is capable of putting the ball in the back of the net.
  7. Like what? someone like Llorente for when we park the bus?
  8. Sadly this makes a lot of sense, but don't think Ferguson will sell him (to Chelsea especially) after all the shit he's been talking about with his new four best strikers in Europe.
  9. Never heard that name before, so googled it and a 30 year old Cameroonian right back who plays in the Russian league came up. Don't even know him, but i'm sure he's not better than Azpi
  10. I'm sure it will be done next week, can't really find a better RB than him for the fee being quoted.
  11. Hamstring injuries normally take a couple weeks, so he should be fit soon. I really wanted him to be fit for this one though. Oh well, i guess Ramires will play on the right again...
  12. Wow. Still i don't want him here, i would prefer someone younger (and better) than Torres.
  13. You can't just forget the price, because he is simply not worth it and won't deliver what is expected from a player that costs that much. And then the media will get on his back, rival fans will make their cruel, cruel jokes and no one will ever forget the price.
  14. He's now upfront with Llorente, and has the captain's armband. http://www.thefirstrow.eu/watch/135529/1/watch-puerto-rico-vs-spain.html
  15. Good header from Torres, brilliant save by the keeper.
  16. I watched for 45 minutes hardly saw him lol.
  17. Most annoying and equally funniest thing i've read all week. Chelsea wasted his time, or he wasted Chelsea's time? still don't know why the fuck we bought him, we didn't need him at the time, and he obviously wasn't ready for a club like Chelsea. Can just see him end up like many other youth players - multiple loans, then finally sold to some team abroad.
  18. LOOOL!! This gif had me rolling on the floor -
