  1. Just like most of the time last season, United's average side plays like shit but gets bailed out by RvP. Oh the joy of having a world class striker. I've almost forgotten how good it feels.
  2. It's like a roller coaster. It looks like he's definetly leaving, then like he's staying. Yesterday morning we all thought he was 100% going and that his injury was fake and now we learn that it may indeed be genuine and that he trained with the first team again. We also see articles saying that all of his teammates have urged him to stay and that the owner will block any move. My confidence in this move has gone completely.
  3. So we still have no injury update on Mata. Also haven't seen him very active on twitter recently. Could these Mata/Rooney rumors have some truth and he's being kept out and keeping quiet?
  4. So Moyes has said he trained with the first team today.
  5. Just found out the match is on espn3 for you fellow Americans.
  6. Agreed.Just offer £35-40m and be done with it.
  7. Doesn't look like it. Almost certainly because the game was announced so late.
  8. That's a damn good question. There isn't anyone out there I can think of. I was gonna say Suarez was the Plan B but obviously not.Only positive here is that it's the Daily Fail reporting it and not a single reputable source. Does sound plausible though.
  9. This doesn't sound good. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2389073/Wayne-Rooney-Luis-Suarez-London-moves-blocked-US-owners.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
  10. That's what I was thinking as well.
  11. So lads, lets see some line ups with Rooney up top. 4-2-3-1? 4-3-3? What about a lineup with he and Lukakau?
  12. Once Rooney is signed, the next day I wanna see the official Chelsea twitter account post a pic of Juan Mata signing a new 5 year deal. Ultimate Manc cock slap.
  13. I see the "let him rot for 2 years" brigade are out in full force on twitter. For a group of supporters who constantly brag about being the biggest and best club in the world, they sure do seem scared shitless about selling him here. Surely the biggest and best club in the world should be able to get on just fine without a player who's "past his best and out of shape" according to them?
  14. Still don't really see how he and Cavani play effectively together. They're both at their best when played as the #9 and we've seen repeatedly how useless Cavani is in any other position.
  15. Would completely contradict our buying policy now. As I said on the last page, if we want a short term, highly experienced striker who won't be a long term investment we should really try to get Zlatan. I watched him yesterday in PSG's opener and he was still a class above everyone else on the pitch even at 32. Better than Cavani and better than any other mega rich player. He's STILL the best pure striker in the world.
  16. Yes, the same cunt who your supporters are terrified of seeing in a blue shirt."Gift wrapping Chelsea the title," as they put it.
  17. Because then everyone would think Moyes is just his puppet. Which he probably is.
  18. I will if he plays this weekend.
  19. You'd be stunned by what that lot think is a fair deal for Rooney. Even saw some idiot yesterday say that United should demand £30m AND Mata. "We won't weaken ourselves unless we weaken them in the process" is the general feeling there.
  20. I go there a lot because I need a good laugh a few times a day. Didn't think it was possible to see a more deluded set of supporters than Arsenal fans but this lot on RedCafe take it to a whole new level.
  21. Exactly. They're a cash strapped club but Ba would cost them under £10m I'd say.
