Like I said pre-match, take out Hazard and Cesc and we have no creativity out there. Add to that Schürrle who's been shit for ages, Remy who is playing for the first time in ages, and Ramires who is playing for the first time in ages and it's easy to see why we're struggling.

He's hardly a creative player. Doesn't really have that killer through ball in him and isn't a string-puller like Cesc.Still think there are plenty of goals in this side but it looks most likely to come on the break.

I love watching Bony play. Just the way he moves around the pitch is awesome. Looks like he's just casually strolling around and isn't bothered but not in a lazy way. He can score any kind of goal as well and holds the ball up fantastically well. Great all around player. In my opinion he isn't one of those players who stands out in a smaller side but couldn't cut it if he made the leap up to a massive club. I think he'll be even better. Think he'd be a 20+ goal scorer in the PL alone for a top team. Absolutely ideal replacement for Drogba and we know he's PL proven.

José is going to troll Lampard by signing Stevie G to a one year deal in the summer and get him his PL winners medal.

Yeah, I was gonna say. Sarcasm is difficult to judge online. We'd probably be 10+ points clear at the top if we had Alexis. The perfect Mourinho player. He and Suarez last season are the two hardest working superstar attacking players I've ever seen. The only reason it doesn't hurt that much seeing him tearing it up at Arse is because they're so far behind us. Must be so frustrating for a player like him there. He's about 5 levels above any of his teammates.

The thing is, there are only a couple of places he CAN rotate without the quality dropping significantly. RB and CB are really the only spots I can see us changing whilst maintaining our quality. Rotating Schürrle for Willian is pointless because they're both useless offensively these days. Can't really rotate in the middle because we have no one remotely close to Cesc or Matic's level. Can't just constantly drop Oscar and putting Mikel in there next to Matić because he's not an every game player. The longer the season goes on the more it's starting to show how lacking our squad is outside of our best XI. We have the best first XI in the league but if some of them are in a lengthy run of poor form we don't have top quality to slot in. This is why we need a signing or two this month in my opinion.

The right side of our defense is a serious problem against better sides. Ivanovic is just not disciplined enough or tactically aware enough to be a to class RB. Especially when the opposition has bags of pace. He rushes forward thinking he's Dani Alves or Marcelo and gets caught out of position time and time and time again. When we then give the ball away he casually jogs back or simply doesn't have the recovery pace to get back. This in turn leaves Cahill exposed and he's shit in one on one situations more often than not. Cahill himself needs some competition. Maybe slot Zouma in there for a match or two consecutively to let Cahill know he isn't untouchable. Just not good enough multiple times this season. It would also be highly beneficial if we actually had someone who can score and create at a world class level down our right side. Willian is totally useless as an attacking threat and Schürrle is nothing more than an impact sub/sqaud player. PLEASE BID FOR REUS! Besides the obvious advantages of having another world class player, it would also mean that Ivanovic wouldn't have to bomb forward and assume responsibility as a creative player.

Absolute shambles. Cahill and Ivanovic have been terrible on so many occasions this season. We're now making Spurs look like Real Madrid after toying with them earlier.
