  1. How about he respects the fans like Ash and Didier did and move to a different league and not to a direct rival.
  2. He may very well win them the league in the end. Disgusting.
  3. This is why his legacy will be tainted.
  4. Southampton are so good. Really, really hope they can sustain this form all season and nip Arse or whoever to 4th. Also:
  5. Sunderland won't hold on parking the fuel tanker in front of their net for long.
  6. Two more shocking refereeing decisions within the last 10 mins. Rob Green hand ball outside of his area with the ref staring right at him (same ref that booked Cesc last week) and Liverpool get a pen for handball when it hit him in the face clear as day.
  7. At least this time they didn't pull off a heist and steal a win like they have been all season.Stoke are a legitimately decent side now. They still hoof it long a bunch but they're a formidable side at home. Deserved to win that one.
  8. Stoke have a stonewall pen turned down. Ref looking directly at it from 10 yards away.
  9. A legend who wouldn't join a direct rival and try to stop us winning the league. Well deserved.
  10. No other poster I so consistently disagree with more than lionsden. Costa, when when in good form, has excellent link up play and can hold the ball up as well as any striker in Europe. He can look a bit clumsy on the ball when he's trying to run at defenders and beat a man with his dribbling but hold up play is one of his biggest strengths.
  11. Don't think there's any chance we'd be looking at him for that kind of money. Not for a backup. He's a great player who I love watching and id love to see him here, but the £30m I keep reading would never happen. I just hope he doesn't end up at City where I think he'd be a beast.
  12. I think if we win the title Didier will retire, we keep Remy, and bring in another. I think Remy is versatile enough for José to feel like he's worth keeping. Whether or not Rey himself will be content as a rarely used sqaud player is another thing.
  13. Eh, I don't know about that. Stop gap he may be but I think he'll be here for a couple of seasons at least.
  14. Have to agree here as well. We have an excellent striker here already in Remy who can barely see playing time so I can't see where this guy would.Hoping this is like the Fredy Guarin link last winter where it's total bullshit.
  15. Remy can barely get a look in now and he's a proven PL goal scorer. Where/when can this kid expect to play? Or is he Drogba's sqaud replacement for next season if he retires?
  16. Newcastle fans celebrating Pardew leaving like they've just won the league. Think they'll be sorry when they realize he was actually doing a good job and that they were better off with him.
  17. It's not even that his positioning is poor defensively its that he ALWAYS seems to try to lunge in with one leg to try to nick the ball rather than just staying in front of his man and denying him a cross or preventing a dribble. He lunges in and if he doesn't win the ball his man just breezes past him. That's the main thing he has to work on.
  18. I think we're going to embarrass them again. José and the boys are now in "seige mentality mode." We'll win this big.
  19. As always, when José speaks the truth and calls referees out on their bullshit he'll get a hefty fine and possibly a ban. That will probably in turn piss these cunts off and make even more obnoxious calls against us.
  20. I mean, I'm not upset about it or anything but Southampton aren't exactly Man City where we'd need an extra shield in front of the back 4. Oscar played well against West Ham and I figured he'd keep him in there.
  21. Fine with Andre and Luis rotating in but why drop Oscar after he just missed the Stoke match?
  22. No excuses. All 3 points or it would be a huge disappointment.
  23. Lloris the sole reason Spurs are still in this. Tottenham are just like Arse in these big games. The goal threat and menace they sometimes show against the small teams just disappears and they offer nothing going forward. Eriksen has been invisible and all they're doing is knocking it long and failing. Only a matter of time before the inevitable Rooney goal.
  24. Can't see it myself. Think United's attack will be way too much for them and it could get ugly.
