So fucking stupid from Diego. Why do that!?
-
Would've had Pedro in place of Oscar. Otherwise good. Normally when Ivanovic absolutely needs a good performance he delivers so I don't mind him starting. Baba would've been shitting himself in such a nervy game.
-
Please, no. Would be a significant downgrade from José. As bad as it is now I'd rather just keep him than appoint Conte. It's either Ancelotti or stick with Mourinho for me.
-
We'll know one way or the other within days. If we go out of the CL and he still isn't sacked then I think he'll go on to honor his whole contract. That'll finally demonstrate that Roman has complete and unwavering support for José.

Going to be even more depressing at season's end when City win the title yet again and then appoint Guardiola. All of these journalists and outlets now reporting that Man United are briefing that Pep is basically a lock for City. They've really made us look like mugs when you think about it. They've done all the things we should've done; The fake sponsorships that have been deemed legal, the stadium expansion, the total disregard for FFP with no consequences. We adhered to the imaginary rules and suffer for it whilst they spend literally whatever they choose and will benefit from them. We'll be basically back to square one fighting to get back into the CL while they'll have Pep and unlimited funds. It now looks like City who needs just a piece or two to reach the Bayern/Barca level and we need to replace nearly half of our XI just to get back to the level we were at.

Just so unbelievably depressing thinking back on last season. It's incomprehensible how our entire team has gone to absolute shit so quickly. All that talk of building upon a team that could dominate for years and the euphoria of winning the title. Thinking about the possibility of having a superb spine that can grow together and compete for everything. - COSTA was a revelation and we all thought that if he could stay fit he'd be even better this season. He has been terrible. - FABREGAS led the league in assists and we all figured he'd change how we played going forward and be the perfect fit next to Matic. After his traditional second half slump I just thought "hey, after a nice holiday in the summer he'll return to his best." Nope, he looks like a 60 year old man out there now. Just embarrassingly bad. The most shocking of all our players this season. - OSCAR was average last season and after José saying he expected Oscar to have a Hazard-esque evolution this season I was ready to see him explode. He looks like he's regressed considerably instead. He goes hiding almost every match. A #10 who isn't creative and who doesn't score either these days. - MATIC was the best DM in England from the time he rejoined until about midsession last year. He still has a beast of a performance here and there now but he doesn't look like himself any more. Can't be too hard on him because he's left doing so much work and picking up so much slack for the terrible Fabregas. - IVANOVIC, though divisive here last season was still the league's best RB. Over night he has aged 5 years and is terrible. Inexplicable. - CAHILL & ZOUMA for me are both complimentary CB's who require a top class partner to help them. They're a mistake waiting to happen at all times. Cahill in particular is shocking in most things other than "hero defending" in desperate situations. When he has someone running at him he's useless. Zouma can't play the ball to save his life and just hoofs it out of play at any sign of a player coming near him. - HAZARD & WILLIAN are the only two players I can praise this season. No, Hazard isn't playing at nearly the level he was last season but he's dangerous as hell most of the time. It often looks like he's a level or three above his teammates and you can tell it hurts him when they aren't playing at his level. Willian has finally become more dangerous and influential in the final third which we've all wanted for years and it comes when the rest of the team is shit. Other than poor management and tactics how can all of this have happen virtually overnight? All of the same players who just dominated the PL are now near the relegation zone. It just makes no fucking sense. HOW!? The club needs something to reinvigorate it and make the players feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Every single point he made there is true, but this team shouldn't EVER be losing at home to Bournemouth regardless. At some point our problems (which occur every match without fail) have to come down to coaching and not just "bad luck" like José keeps saying. We've played like shit since the start of 2015. Almost a bloody YEAR now!
-
A team with the attacking players we have should be playing like we did in the opening few minutes and how we did to open the 2nd half ALL the time. For that we need a manager and coaching staff that is adept at training that way. José sadly isn't. We CLEARLY need a few new players but we also need a completely new voice in the players' ears because they aren't responding to José's any longer. Get Ancelotti, give him a nice 4-5 year contract so he and especially the players know he isn't under immediate pressure and let him go to work. Players like Hazard, Willian, and Oscar should benefit hugely. Bring in either Ramires or RLC permanently for the remainder of the season in place of Fabregas and then ship him off in the summer. Wouldn't even be mad to see Costa shipped back to Spain, either. Maybe work some sort of deal with Atleti that sees Griezmann come back the other way. Then we have to finally get a capable, young, highly skilled, two-way midfielder to play next to Matic. With Carlo in charge, even without CL football next season we'll be able to attract very good players. Not the absolute best, world class ones but players that will easily improve us. We still have excellent players, pay great wages, and have the lure of London.
-
Have to get Carlo back before another side like United or City snatch him first like what happened with Klopp. The Pep dream ain't happening without CL football.
-
I think it's time.
-
There'll be a movie about this in 15-20 years. "The Greatest Collapse in Football History" starring an aged Leo Dicaprio as José Mourinho.
-
Costa for Oscar and RLC for Fabregas is what I'd do. We need someone athletic in midfield.
-
Cesc plays like an old man, Baba has no positional awareness and is constantly caught napping, and Oscar has seemingly lost all football ability. He can't pass, shoot, anything. Useless.
-
Fucking AFC Bournemouth are miles better than Chelsea FC with the ball in possision. Unreal.
-
Cesc in this form is like playing a man down. Looks like an old man whose long past it.
-
Deary, deary me. Midfield and defense look like Sunday league standard.
-
Cesc and Oscar can't be worse than they were against Spuds, surely? Confident we'll win this. Not confident it'll be pretty, though.
-
Had the strangest dream that Djilodildo started this one. Not joking.
-
Imagine De Bruyne in place of Oscar or Cesc in our current XI and Lukaku in place of Costa. De Bruyne still stings like hell.
-
He clearly meant it. To be honest, I don't think Costa like Mourinho much. You can often see him mouthing off at him when he's on the pitch when things aren't going our way.
-
Truly makes me sad watching Fabregas these days. What has happened to the early last season Cesc? He looks like Gerrard did for Liverpool last season. Beyond shit. He needs to sit for a bit and Ramires or RLC need to come in.
-
Diego should be pretty embarrassed that were playing better without him on the pitch. Hopefully it lights a fire under his ass. Good enough first half. Our central midfield is iffy and Oscar needs to get the ball more in the center of the pitch. He's ineffective getting the ball wide for the most part. Weird how they aren't targeting Ivanovic's side much but rather Azpi's.
-
Top 4 chance completely dead with a loss here (I gave up hope weeks ago, personally)?
-
Man. This could be ugly.
-
Oscar, Costa, and Cesc have all been useless and Hazard comes off? *sigh*
