That latest Fabrizio tweet about our plan for this kid we just signed is unbelievable. Payed 15m to basically rent this kid for a few months with zero intention of him actually being a long term Chelsea player. He probably won’t even be given a game by Maresca and then in the summer he goes to Strasbourg never to be seen or heard from again.

So what’s the deal with this kid from St Etienne? Is he a Chelsea player or not?

Seriously now, what happens if Jackson picks up a huge injury? He has been dogshit for ages now but is still the only striker we have that Maresca trusts fully. Nkunku up top which we know doest work? He doesn’t even want to be here anymore! We gonna play 19 year old Guiu for an extended period? No striker at all and play all attacking mids? I could understand if the club went out and tried hard all month throwing big money at 3 different top strikers but just couldn’t agree a deal. But by all accounts we didn’t even try to go and get one. Every supporter, every pundit, every former player of ours, every commentator on our matches has been saying forever that we desperately need a top #9 and yet the club absolutely refuse.

We look like a lower midtable team who is in 12th or 13th. This is fucking dreadful. And has been for 2 whole months now. How much longer can Maresca survive this?

Get the ball to Madueke, who passes it back. Get the ball to the other wing, pass it backward. Walk the ball up and do nothing. Zero urgency, zero pace, zero ideas.

You’re right about Palmer and him giving the rest of the team a lift but I don’t know how we can explain the energy levels and the incision of our team going completely out the window. Why everyone is just walking around slowly looking clueless. It looks like we haven’t worked on anything in training all week, ffs.

We have all these wingers who are simultaneously out of form and offering nothing, we’ve got a striker who constantly fluffs his lines and fucks up the most basic things, and we’ve got defenders who make catastrophic errors EVERY match that directly lead to awful goals. And when even Palmer is out of form you know we’re totally fucked. I really don’t know what we can do to turn this around. It’s not like our levels have dropped due to a bunch of injuries. Every attacker is fit and they have had this long mini break since our last match and yet they still walk around like zombies who played 90 minutes 2 days ago.

How has this happened to us? How do we go from what we were earlier in the season to THIS?

Jackson has killed about 4 attacks so far with terrible touches or passes. And we have to endure this for the whole rest of the season…. 🤦‍♂️

Just watched a comp of this new kid we’ve just signed and tbh, he doesn’t really look like anything special. 🤷‍♂️ Not like all the other supposed “wonder kids” we’ve signed. He just looks like an okay player playing for a small team. I really don’t see a player that Maresca will throw in any time soon.

Even if Jorgensen makes a mistake today I hope we stick with him going forward. Sanchez has had more than enough chances. Give Jorg a long run of matches to see if he’s convincing enough to be the long term solution.

So let me get this straight, the geniuses in charge are buying not one but TWO random teenaged midfielders today and then sending BOTH on loan? What?!

The fact that City were linked to this dude and instead decided to go and spend 60m on another midfielder instead must mean something. Another raw, completely unproven kid making a massive step up to PL football. What happens to this dude in the summer when Santos comes back? And Ugochukwu? And if Lavia ever manages to stay fit? Sold/loaned within 6 months like all of these other disastrous signings?

We’re gonna end up signing nobody and also having several players who wanted/needed to leave stay and be unhappy for the rest of the season. Complete shambles of a window.

Don’t think there’s any deal we could make on the very last day which could rise to an Ornstein bomb. No club is going to kill their own season by selling their star player with no time to replace them.

Miraculously, we’ve had numerous clubs basically begging to take Disasi off our hands throughout this window and it looks like the geniuses in charge are going to somehow fuck up all of them and keep his terrible ass here. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Our fanbase is going to go nuts tomorrow if all we do is bring in another 19 year old kid from City who has 1 senior appearance. It’s going to be a sight to behold. Tbf, the kid does look super talented. But good God, is he not AT ALL what this team needs right now. And this talk of a buy back clause? For a club like Chelsea to do for another PL club? That would effectively make us City’s bitch. That’s some small club shit.

I really don’t know why these reports about our valuations even come out. They’re so outlandish even for this board that I don’t believe them. We’ve seen reports that we want £40m+ for Carney, £60m+ each for Felix & Nkunku. As stupid as these guys are there’s surely no chance these numbers are real.

Nico Jackson and Havertz are players of the same level. Very solid strikers but not good enough to be THE #9 at either club if they have ambitions of winning a PL title.

I legit laughed out loud at that Fabrizio tweet linking us with some random kid from City’s youth team. You literally couldn’t make it up. 🤣🤣🤣 We badly need an experienced, ready made midfielder as cover in case Caicedo or Enzo get injured or just as rotation to play lots of minutes. So we target another child that’s nowhere near ready to come into a team like ours and meaningfully contribute. This board is a joke.
