Imagine if Liverpool had a traditional "big man" striker with this quality of crossing. Their delivery from wide areas is insanely good. Think about what a Drogba or even a Giroud would do with this service.

I think (hope!) many of these slight lapses and mistakes in defense will be cut down dramatically when Rüdiger comes back in for Zouma. Kurt is a fine rotational option but is a ticking time bomb in possession. Teams won't be able to press and rush Toni as easily because he's much more composed on the ball and can pick out a pass as well.

Pulisic is terrifying them every time he picks up the ball. Burnley are clearly targeting our right side with Willian and Azpi both struggling over there. I think Willian has been just as poor here as he was against Ajax. I'd take him off for CHO who can keep them pinned back.

Ashley Barens is such a dirty fucking cheat. That's twice now he's conned the ref and could've cost us a goal.

Goal aside, they're dominating us, ffs. They're winning go every ball and forcing us into terrible passes.

I just hate clubs like Burnley who basically pride themselves on "giant killing." They're average most weeks but when a big boy comes to town they really raise their game and resort to thuggish tactics. They're essentially like prime Tony Pulis Stoke City.

Really anxious about this! In the form we're in we should be beating them. But Burnely usually give the big sides issues.

Think this will mostly come down to two things: how well we defend set pieces and how quickly we can move the ball around in the final third. This will be a very, very tough match. Wonder if Pulisic has earned a start here over Willian after the latter looked poor against Ajax.

CHO is dangerous every time he picks it up in the final third but needs to vary up his moves. Keeps trying to cut inside and the defenders have caught on. Willian has been completely shut down on the other side of the pitch. He can get the ball with any kind of space. Again, Tammy finding it difficult alone up top when we are forced to play it into him while he's surrounded by multiple defenders. Need to get Mount and Willian more involved if we're going to get anything here.
