i can only imagine how that "bust up" would have gone. JT - you are shite!!! Costa - you are shite!!! IVA - dont forget me, i am the shitiest. Cecs - no iva, i am the shitiest. JT (the leader) - stop fighting!!!! we are all shite!!! **group hug*** **the whole squad hugs while courtois and begovic look on from afar** **in the background, jose's voice is booming - "we are awesome, we deserved better. we are awesome, we deserved better"***
-
so basically u r 3 matches late. i had the same blow up against wba (which we somehow won) and u called me a moaner, remember. anyways, welcome to the dark side brother.
-
poor fucker. looks like his career is going to be ruined. dont players think things through before signing for the papers? i mean look at moses. why the fuck would he sign an extension. if they even come with a 100% raise, tell them to shove it up their asses as i would just want stability rather than not even knowing which club i would undeservedly be loaned out to. now this guy will have to spend 2 years on the bench before he realises his mistakes and gets out.
-
how can people not understand a simple thing as this. IT IS NOT ABOUT OUR POOR RESULTS IN THESE 6 GAMES. IT IS NOT ABOUT LOSING. it is simply about the FACT, that jose is putting his love for certain players over the goodness of the club. how difficult is this to understand? i mean seriously.

we are 17th.not even in relegation zone!!! party time... iva for another match!!!!
-
WHAT? we have traore and kenedy. 2 future messis.

no player in the history of football can be present and give his best in all games. DD was 33/34 when he left the first time and yes, with age, complacency creeps him. i admit it. but his class was ever present as can be seen against barca. tell me costa the 26/27 year old can hold the ball as well as DD did. or even shield the ball. for a "big striker", costa's strength on the ball is so poor. aerially, he is almost as good as hazard is. my point simply was that even when not getting on the score sheet, DD made an impact. be it with his time wasting skills, his physicality or strength or simply by his aura. his hold up play was IMMENSE and second to no one in the world and his link up play was pretty good (yes, not on etoo/villa level but very good). and when comparing with etoo/villa, his other attributes made up for his lackings. costa is levels below aguero/benzema. way below them in terms of link up play. forget about scoring from his head, i cant remember the last time he won a header. or held the ball well. costa has 0 effect on us with his game when he is not on score sheet. and i am being generous here cos the amount of times he loses the ball in good situations as well as the number of useless fouls pegs us back.

when we have such players rotting on the bench while others keep playing and underperforing, its just infuriating.
-
that stings even more. most of us would be willing to take a year of okay results, top 4 finish etc etc, if it meant some youth integration and attacking style of football. but we are cant even bloody drop a 31 year old past it CB playing as a RB. what a shame!!!
-
everyone has their tipping point. for me, it was iva starting against WBA (even though we won). i lost all respect i ever had for him that day. i feel people's tipping point will be when we lose to arsenal at the bridge. that would pretty much seal jose's fate too. but atleast we would probably fight for a top4 position then.

ohk. so let me get this straight. we have 6 defenders. one of whom is bought for 21 million pounds and is now so far off the fitness that he cant replace a totally past it and out of form CB playing as a RB. and then we have 5 defenders namely (zouma, GC, JT, iva, azpi), we sell our only back up FB in luis, and start the bloody season with a totla of 5 defenders and you are telling me that our fastest defender (zouma), cant even play a makeshift LB when needed. oh wait, we did try him in pre-season and even in community shield if i am not wrong. so basically, that is just hopeless squad management on jose's part. and then there is the fact that this 21 year old kid who we bought on 16th august is still so unfit that he can play for his national team but apparently not CFC (by the way, what level are u tlaking about? we have the worst defence in teh league. 12 goals in 5 games, and we should be thanking our GKs for their effort that its is JUST 12 goals in 5 games). so what level are u tlaking about exactly? anyways, lets call a spade a spade. and put the blame exactly where it needs to be rather than throwing OTT theories and excuses. jose started iva cos he is our "untouchable". jose startes cesc cos he is our "untouchable". if baba was "unfit", was RLC unfit too? why is cesc on the pitch? if rlc is not good enough to replace a cesc in this form, what the fuck is he doing in our squad, since we have such "levels". i will support CFC and its manager WHEN i see that the manager is doing things for the best of the club rather than just to prove himself and satiate his massive ego. a manager who clearly is doing things which are harming the club and its chances of winning, i am sorry, but i acant support that manager. my loyalties lie with CFC not in trying to find no good excuses for our manager's obvious faults. none of scholari's, avb's or even carlo's second term did we look so hopelessly impotent. avb got an aging squad, carlo made some massive fuck ups in the transfer window, but unlike them, jose is simply screwing us up just so he can play his favourites specially when the solutions seem to be staring right at us. UNACCEPTABLE.
-
thats old!!! mr. no-balls seems better and more appropriate.
-
i dont know if members are really better at picking a starting 11 or not. but some of us dont have the god-complex that jose has, and would be able to see some mistakes that we were making rather than following the wait and see approach and then saying "we played awesome. we deserved better" and making ourselves look like fools.
-
what? no he is not. he is the best manager in the history of football and playing ivanovic as a RB is the perfectest solution ever. did not u get the memo?
-
so baba is fit enought to start for ghana but not for us. why did iva start against everton? why not azpi-gc-jt-zouma? so why the fuck not? why is cesc starting? RLC is not good enough to replace cesc in the form? then why the fuck is he even in our squad when players like pasalic and mvg are out on loan. i will have some faith when i see jose making the right calls for the club, instead of the right calls for his players. and who the fuck said, i am not supporting my club. i am supporting CHELSEA FOOTBALL CLUB. get your fucking priorities right. supporting jose is not equal to supporting CFC, understnd that? and the best manager in the history is the person whose stubborness and ignorance has got us into this mess. our squad is no way as bad as getting 4 points in 5 games and being 17th in the league. the best manager in the world should have made the appropraite changes after losing to arsenal, getting owned by swansea and getting butt fucked by city. but he did not. and we can see our current situation.
-
quite right mate. people are plastic because we want ivanovic to be dropped. hmmm. by the way, give me a sane reason of why ivanovic is starting every game? please enlighten us as you are the "true fan", right?
-
ohhhhh... now i understand. cesc and iva always train together. so basically, no one gets past iva in training. and cesc looks decent too getting all the time and space in the world. awesome.
-
he had flaws. he was mercurial. lets take 09-10 wigan game for example. acted like a baby. BUT, he was never useless in his game play like costa. PS - lukaku has already played games on the wings and destoryed arsenal multiple times if i remember correctly. also, if my opinion about costa is to be taken with a pinch of salt, yours about lukaku needs to be taken with a handful of salt since you thought lukaku was "invisible" yesterday.
-
i beg to differ. i just cant see us having half the problems we have been having with iva. if azpi is playing as RB, i dont think we concede half the goals we have conceded. both swansea goals, 2 against city, both wba goals, 2 goals yesterday and both palace goals. all of them involved iva straight. yes torres was fucking us up. hence we were struglling to get 4th. we became a europa league level team. i think my point stands. u cant have a fullback standing 6 yards off the winger and letting him cross the ball. as and when he wants to. u cant have a full back getting skiined multiple times a game. u cant have a CM like cesc protecting a FB like iva.
-
the players are performing abysmally cos they have lost the motivation to play. what is cesc's motivation. do you remember his expression after the palace game when we won the PL? it was as if he had attained nirvana. you could see what it meant to him. after reaching that level, players need to be re-motivated. how exactly has jose gone on to do that? by playing them match after match irrespective of how poor they have been. iva has been dreadful. sometimes, a player out of form adn short on confidence just needs to be given a break. why the hell is iva playing 90 minutes of every game? what should be remy's motivation when he takes the pitch next time? he knows irrespective of how he performs, he is going to be dropped even if costa is half fit. all of this is on one man and one man only. like i asked before, i simply want one reason for my questions. the only actual reason seems to be favouritism. jose is willing to fuck up the club's chances of winning the match, so that his favourites can play. i am sorry, but if there is another half logical reason for all of this, i will accept it. but i cant think of any. hence people want him gone. and what is this new thing that he has started of us deserving better? is he joking? does he think all of are idiots? we deserved a loss against everton and palace. we deserved much worse than a 3-0 against city. and today iva and matic sing the same song. what exactly is going on down there?
-
and that is the point. DD never needed to be on "song" to be useful for the team. his aerial presence and his general character always seemed like to be a positive for the team. unlike costa. something as trivial as shielding the ball for a minute at the corner. costa seems to be no where near that level.
-
no he was not. i remember villa getting injured midway at a point in the season and ATM struggled a lot. costa's injury barely affected them. they even eliminated barca without costa. again, no one is denying he is a goal scorer. but saying he is on level with aguero and lewa is being delusional. nowhere near that. as for his all round game, u can take it with a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar, but it is hardly any better than lukaku. and its not just 5 games. its been a the whole 2015.
-
i dont think so tomo. i honestly think dropping iva WILL solve a LOT of problems. how can a RB not stop crosses from coming in? 12 goals in 5 games and atleast 10 of them were directly involved by iva. how can a RB just stand 6 yards off a player and let him shoot the way iva let naismith did yesterday. goals change matches and while our attack may seem lack lustre, we always seem to be chasing a game which is never easy. and most of this chasing is down to iva. torres did start the bulk of games and we were still competent. but the point is that a striker can miss 5 sitters and score one goal and still be the match winner. a moment's lapse from a defender changes the whole game. i dont think thats comparable. the problem currently is iva or rather jose. if he cant atleast drop iva from the team. then like i have been saying since the WBA game, he needs to leave.
-
hmmm.. lets seecosta's pass% - 75% CL, 78% PLaguero's pass% - 82% CL, 86% PLif you are using stats, atleast use them objectively instead of highligthing your argument.number of passes mean jacksquat. we had more number of passes. yet we got owned last night. i am sure costa would have had a lot of "completed passes" last night. so thats a good thing? if costa is not a poacher and needs to be compared with proper strikers like benzema, aguero, suarez, hell even giroud when we talk about link up play. he is levels below them.also, 24 year old playing as a winger in definitely a weaker league is comparable to a 22 year old scoring 20 goals in his first season in PL? that does speak volumes.
-
better link up play. infact way better link up play than costa, which is something that is apparently his biggest flaw in the game. far more of a threat. lesser turnover of possession to make our already fragile defence, even more fragile to counter attacks. his hold up play has improved too from the previous season. all in all, lukaku is as good if not better than costa. and will only get better.remember, still just 22.
