i am suprised how quite this thread is compared to what u read when u go thru a mikel or a moses thread. for me he has had a very average season.given that he has played a lot of football in the last year and given that even the most accomplished footballers have struggled in PL, an average season should not be very suprising. but it is not his performances that worry me, its his attitude. sometimes i feel he could not care less about the team and that is what is worrying me the most as a 20-21 year old player with his potential and a big and popular club career at chelsea should not be acting this way.

i will take the MOU chelsea in a heartbeat over the current squad.

seems as if moses is the new kalou/mikel player who will make people kill each other over difference of opinion. anyways for me he is a GOOD squad player (as was kalou).infact if he can sort out his indecisiveness and poor selection in the opposition D, he has a potential of being way more than a squad player. also people who want him gone to be replaced by schurlle are going to be very disappointed. he is not at all physical and would find epl tough for 1-2 seasons by which time the same people who wanted him to replace moses would be calling for his head. i simply think this forum needs to tone down on the "scapegoating" thing. moses before AFCON was brilliant but had a couple of bad games but has come back strong in his last 2 appearances. so i dont see how he is not good enough and "is not providing anything for the team". that is BULLSHIT.

i agree that we dint need to do much attacking and even that we dint need to move out of the 1st gear and torres nullified their away goal so early in the match. but there is a difference between ,just standing around the box having absolutely no clue of whats going on or i doubt some players were least bothered of what was going on, and proper organized defending leading upto counters. our very safe position after getting the 2nd away goal should barely be any excuse for the kind of performance our players put today.

after watching moura against barca, i just wonder if oscar is half the player of him. specially after performances he has been putting recently.

that is the problem. our 2nd team should not have been outplayed by a russian team who is 4th in their league. atleast counter and kill them when they have 8 men committed to attack. also the goals conceded plus the lack of any effort. even qualifying to the semis of europa league does not seem to be any positive if this is how our squad players will play because mata and hazard will get injured (GOD FORBID) at some point.

also its pretty funny how every1 is targeting mikel on his shit performance but no one would dare raise a finger on the blue eyed boy, OSCAR on his awful outing.

MAZA rested no longer care about CAR. he and mikel showed exactly what is wrong with this team. their is no one to be a man and step up and take responsibility of seeing the team out of a poor position. i remember 2 such positions when JT came out of the defense towards the end of the match to just push us up the field. the over reliance of this team of hazard and mata is absolutely laughable. without them we are worse than a midtable team because atleast those teams still have some plans and plays to get out of the jail but we dont seem to have any damn clue. piss poor performance but great result. my MOTM would be FSW (if we could vote for him) for his team selection and then not substituting MAZA just to show the the players on the field of how a professional footballer actually should be playing. if i was FSW today, i would come out in the press conference and questions the attitude of each and every player present today. (and believe me i hate FSW but the performance was worse than anything he could ever say or do to the club). DISGRACEFUL.

i can bet anything that one of the mikel haters (some of whom are so disgraceful that they "had been waiting" for it) pulls u into an argument.

speaking of not seeing things from a different perspective, how is the decoding of my first line which started this debate going on? u know its like talking to u a chid who refuses to see his/her own mistake(s) but adamantly says that all the world is shit. the worst thing about us winning is that "THE IDIOTIC TROLL" gets the balls to come on to the forum and have a discussion. i would like to just once see him debating and posting this much after we have lost or drawn a match. but no... he would probably be busy making FSW "happy" at that time. well thats the difference between a FSW fan and a chelsea fan...

the "get out" part was for this instant and the starting XI, not out of the squad to be sold. we have tons of dead wood in the squad that needs to be chipped off but oscar's not it. but as far as his performances are concerned, he has been average this season on the whole. do see potential in him but to be honest, after watching 4-5 games of werder bremen, i feel KDB could have done a better job. i might be willing to overlook the performances and give him the benefit of doubt as its his 1st PL season and he is only 20 years old, but sometimes its his attitude which bugs me. even if mata and hazard have bad days (like today), u ll still see them in the center of things, TRYING to make things happen where as oscar just rolls over and does not try to assert himself. he has a long long way to go yet.
