agree with everythin u said except for the bold part... today was barely our mistake... there is only so much any team can playing with 10 men against a team like pool at anfield who should have been a man down with the ref not blowing the whistle and simply robbing us of evrything. u can say we have already thrown in away in the past considering the fact that we played a 2nd team against qpr and lost, played a 2nd string team against southampton and lost, and for what??? a semifinal loss to city in the fa cup game away 2 goal leads twice.... the list can go on and on... but we definitely dint throw it away today. -
to look at the fucking future and have a decent future, u need to know and understand the bloody blunders and asenine mistakes of your fucking past. did we learn for a year and a half from the torres fiasco, NO... we gave him a complete season as our NO.1 and ONLY striker. how much do u think the board and even the fans have learnt from selling sturridge and keeping the fucking blonde twat... the answer is NADA. plus y should i stop saying told u so when people here had the guts and audacity to condemn sturridge on his one performance in 6 months with no match fitness, no starts prior to that one start against wba. and what the hell they still fucking think of only that 2-3 chances which sturridge failed to convert more than anythin else he has done ever. so my saying i told u so is a very appropriate response to people who ridiculed any1 who had the guts to write danny's name ahead of the ladyboy's in the match thread. also dont tell me what to support and what not to support. know your bloody limits... this is not the 1st time u have done this... remember the bloody leeds match-fiasco?...
-
the line at the end of your posts is the "TRUEST" thing i have ever read... are not we all already regretting it when we saw one guy give it his all on one end of the pitch and another one just standing there bloody daydreaming...

we have a point's lead against tottenham... and that is the game in hand against arsenal that all of us keep talking about. considering we win that game - chelsea 65, arsenal 63, totenham 61. so to get 4th spot we will need 8 points from swansea (h), villa (a), united (A) (given that they ll surely wrap up the league by then) , and everton (h)... which is very gettable. if we draw against tottenham - chelsea 63, arsenal 63, tot 62. the fixtures that the other 2 have would make it very difficult for us. every other game would become a must win. if we lose to tottenham - HELLO EUROPA. in short tot is a must win.. as is swansea, get a draw/win against a united team who have nothin to win/lose, win against villa (away, would be difficult) and a draw against everton. -
HE IS BACK... fucking cunt-whore... atleast put in a effort... in front of your previous fans and teammates... look at what motivation to show his ability did to danny today... this cunt should be sold as soon as possible... he has fucking destroyed us...
-
the first word that comes to my mind is ROBBED... some1 has to investigate the completely biased and the hopeless refreeing against chelsea... how was the last play even valid... 96 minutes up, the ball is in the opposition half and the ref lets pool build a play... even a long ball would have been understandable but they fucking built up a play after the clock reached 96 minutes. DISGRACEFUL... AND SUAREZ DESERVES A LIFE TIME BAN.. CANT THINK OF A MORE APPROPRIATE PUNISHMENT... CUNT,BASTARD, ASSHOLE...
-
realistically, just get a point out of the game and a very important point it would be. now starts the 6 matches that i ve been dreading. pool (a) swansea (h) united (a) tottenham (h) villa (a) everton(h) we have a head start of a point plus a game against arsenal and 3 points against spurs. with spurs playing city and arsenal visiting cottage, i expect both of them to drop points. so very important that we maintain the difference or just expand it. cech azpi iva luiz bert mikel rambo moses mata hazard ba. i just dont think JT vs suarez would be a good idea.
-
when did this happen... missed it during the match... what a moment it would have been!!!
-
luiz is playing like a boss!!! now for a lamps goal... please god please...
-
no suprises in team selection. now for the win. KTBFFH.
-
who all?
-
i know that this is true, but it hurts so bad... but its true. JT is not the JT of old.

agreed about vidal. very improbable that he ll end up waering blue. but the only reason i for coutinho being 2nd choice is because of porto. if he is worth 20-25 mil, u just know that porto will ask for something like 40-45mil which will stretch into a never-ending transfer saga and we ll end up playing another season with mikel as our 1st choice cdm. selling off mikel would not be right, i feel. if u look at the squad that i wrote, there would be 10 players out of a possible 13 players who would have played just 2 or less seasons in epl (if u take out the defenders and the GKs) which is very very risky i feel. personally even i feel we need a world class CB in our defense. probably some1 like SUBOTIC. i anyways have a hunch that we ll be selling luiz to barca (or it would be more like barca snatching luiz from us) with all the problems they have had in their defence this season and luiz continously being on their radar.

out - torres(10), malouda (free), benayoun (free), marin(3), essien(5), ferreira (1m), lampard (free), kakuta(2m), hilario (dont kid me). price - about 20-21m. wages - 700k/week = about 35m/year in (compared to our squad right now) - lukaku, kdb, josh, bruma (all loanees), PREFERABLY VIDAL or moutinho (25m), SCHURRLE(20). fees- 45m. wages- 200k/week= about 10m/year. also JOSE MOURINHO. in short not much losses would be incurred even by FFP regulations. so the squad would look something like this (supposing we play 4-2-3-1) strikers - ba, lukaku(h). behind the srtiker - mata, hazard, kdb, moses(h),oscar , SCHURRLE. pivot - rambo, mikel, romeu, josh(h), VIDAL defenders - JT(h),luiz, cahill(h), bruma(h), iva, azpi, cole(h), bert(h). GK- CECH, turnbull(h), blackman(h). satisfies the homegrown players quota, plus gives us 2 player ATLEAST for every position. its hardly a team to challenge for PL,CL but i dont think we can make a team of that stature without splashing abother 100mil in transfer market. get a top 4 finish, win CoC/ FA cup. most importantly let JOSE and this pool of young players be together for 2-3 years. then we ll see magic.
-
now the ball's in our court... take advantage of arsenal's slip up or simply keep hoping that the match in hand would be won.
-
after looking at this and realizing that we are not going to get a single midweek off, i am actually praying that we lose to basel because somehow that everton match is going to be very very important..
-
thats not so bad. our fate at that point of time will be in our own hands. win at home vs spurs and qualify for CL next season or get busted.
-
so if no one crosses well in chelsea, oscar is also not supposed to cross well? nice argument dude. what is LOL if i say he is supposed to track back??? he plays as a winger and since his pool days FSW has been known to play the defensive winger strat... and also how do u say hazard does not track back? also again i say this... mata is supposed to be the guy who transitions our play from defence to attack so GENERALLY he is higher up the pitch so as to provide the link up play. u would know that if u had ever played any sort of good football at some good level instead of in your 5 on 5 in your street football matches. if oscar has had a long hard season what would u say about mata. he literally played every match for us last season, then went to euros, then went to olympics and now he again not only plays 95% of chelsea's matches but also carries the whole team on his shoulders. and that burden was supposed to be distributed between players like oscar who was brought for 25MILLION POUNDS. but so far has had an average season.
-
suitable adjustements would be crossing the ball, and crossing it so that it beats the wing back and reaches the D, then sticking to the wings instead of trying to always come in the center. stop loosing the ball in double figures in every match while trying to go past a defender specially we wgot mata and hazard. bert and rambo might suckass on the wings but one of them played a big part in UCL final and the other scored an out of a world goal against BARCA from the wing/wingback to give us some hope. so they have paid their dues and proved that players need to ADJUST TO WHATEVER ROLE THEY ARE DEEMED TO BE THE BEST FOR THE TEAM. oscar tracks back because he has to. mean while i would think that hazard and mata would be very much advised to stay up the pitch for a counter under normal situation but to say they never track back tells me exactly what u see while watching a match. hazard provides enough cover for his wingback while i seriously doubt mata is supposed to generally fall back and infact be a way out of defense, if he is so fatigued, then tell me how is he fit to play a role in the pivot??? specialy consideringt that he cant play the dm role so the only role left is the box to box role. do u think that is condusive for a player who is supposedly that fatigued???
-
did i say its enough to change positions or "TO MAKE SUITABLE ADJUSTMENTS".. plus if oscar if so un-flexible that he cant perform against teams like sunderlamd on the wings then whats the point of such a player. (which i feel is total BS because if we he is fresh into the next season and made to play on the wings he would do a good eniugh job). for heaven's sake dint bertrand do the job, was not ramo used on the wings. or is it the first time in the history of football that a player is bein g played out of position to suit the needs of the team??? are u serious??? people here want oscar to play in the pivot so by your logic we should not expect any tackles from oscar as he is so lean. also what is next? josh is a cm but due to his physique we wont expect him to do anything. or for that matter LAHM who is one of the most dimunitive footballers i ve seen but defends crosses and what not. is u dont see a problem in oscar's attitude after the sunderland and the kazan game amd not to forget the southampton fiasco and the united nightmare, then there is no point of this debate because u have already made up your mind no matter what i say. also i would advice growing up to you because one joke is funny once only. repeatedly saying "watching the 240p streams" is just embarassing urself because it shown u got nothing more, also i watch my games on a big flat screen tv and not a 13 inch lappy with a crappy internet feed and a closed "oscar" oriented mind but a chelsea oriented mind.
-
20mil down the drain for me... should have been used to buy a proper dm. would have been great if we would have trusted in lukaku and de bruyne to fill in the striker and cam cum winger position for the next season.
-
the point is do u need quality crossers. i mean look at united. they just keep putting the ball into the box resulting in own goals, deflected goals, poor clearances resulting into goals and what not. mean while more than 50% of our intended crosses are blocked by the first man and most of the rest are over hit and there are only 1-2 that make it thru in the whole match which are not enough to hassle a defence into making a mistake.
-
better than watching football wearing oscar tinted glasses...
-
no one is saying that mata dint have a poor game but oscar was awful too. he is been playing on the wings since FSW took over and that is november. 4 months should be more than enough for him to make the apt and suitable adjustments in his games and especially show some character in such a big game. i totally agree that he was good when playing in the pivot. but that does not give us any solutions to our current predicament. oscar cant play as a DM even if our only option there is MIKEL. he seems so fatigued i seriously doubt if he can play in the box to box role and do as good as rambo in that role. which leaves him behind the striker. that position is fixed for mata and justifiably. plus sending mata on the wing would be going down the same road as RDM's where iva was exposed thoroughly due to absolutely no cover from the winger. so the point is if oscar fits our current system with his current limitations specially since we have a more than good replacement in moses.
-
accepted he was not the man of the match but their is only so much he can do. the bayern match was a poor showing by the whole team and till the 87th minute even DD was no threat. our main threat was mata who saw most of the ball we had and tried to create something out of absolute nothin. plus in the barca match if you say kalou had a good performance but not mata. mata played his part as a defensive winger as much as kalou. just because he was not involved in a goal does not make his performance bad.
