why do you want diego to be handicapped? on a serious note - what a cross.
-
so a manchester derby is equivalent for you with a match against sunderland??? if that is the case, then even i got nothing more to say.
-
huh??? what you have been saying is that teams like newcastle, sunderland, qpr etc etc play as well as against us as they play against city. united in a derby clash, despite united being poor these days, is hardly an example of this. i dont remember foster making a howler against us but i do remember players like colback, cattermole, shea, sissoko playing the match of their lives against us.
-
its not luck only... you dont need luck when u get decisions like these
-
there is a difference between having control and giving control. against stoke we had control, today after the GK makes such a howler and then the ref gifts them a penalty, they were literally given the control. same was the case against everton too. city have not been anything exceptional despite their winning streak. and that was a one-off. they played well with 10 men against us and similarly were crap against united who had 10 men!!! you are not getting the point here. arsenal hate playing stoke, they have a hard time against them cos their playing style simply makes them weak. but that is completely different from teams putting half arsed performance and simply not showing up!!!
-
stoke bent over for us? really? we played good football. we got an early goal and had perfect control of the game. it dint mean stoke were poor. today wba have been SHIT!!! gifted a goal to city... an early goal, then the ref gifts them a penalty same as against everton. which is a massive difference from bending over the way newcastle did against arsenal after the performance they put against us.

yup. cant see cesc not starting. would have liked this team though
-
having a great match!!!!
-
u seem suprised!!1
-
almost ran into the goal himself instead of putting the ball in the end!!! good to see him back though. need him with the fixture congestion.
-
courtois iva gc jt luis matic mikel schurrle oscar hazard costa. should have subbed cesc and costa earlier probbaly considering this match. the first half is going to be mega important cos i dont think the majority of players would be able to press with the same stamina in the next half.
-
what a performance!!!! just brillian football. that fiirst half was probably the best football i have seen this season from any team. whu had nothing. we broke everything and kept going on and on. just one problem which is clinicality. 2-0 does not even start to tell how dominant we were and whats worse is that it could have ended 2-1.

West Ham: Adrian, Jenkinson, Collins, Reid, Cresswell, Nolan, Noble, Kouyate, Downing, Carroll, Valencia. Subs: Jarvis, Sakho, O'Brien, Amalfitano, Jaaskelainen, Cole, Song.

expected line up. very strong team. hope there are no hangovers from last night and we start meaning business!!
-
what a scam!!!!
-
He is still a professional who has is in CL, copa and maybe in contention for la liga. Getting torres is a as very very poor decision. I hope atm don't do that.
-
Simeone would have to be a special kind of idiot to get torres to ATM. This guy is a menace on the squad morale.
-
what was wrong with the way we played the 2nd half against stoke? we have a massive fixture pile up and unlike city, we have some big and tough games, we were 1-0 up, and had control of the match at every point. i mean the best chance that stoke had was a charlie adam shot from 20 yards.
-
true that. but considering that pep does not seem to rate him much as a midfielder, if we are able to get him for anything around the fees of matic, it would be another absolute STEAL!!!!
-
no dude. i was wrong. you are right. i am saying so now. i get what you are saying. he has never been injured. i mean he has consistently been playing for the last 2 years without missing a single match. he not just steel, he is as hard as diamond!!!
-
whats the middle ground? how do you define it? i have explained my point of view before and i will do it again. football is a contact sport and tackles will be made. bad and horrible tackles. i mean look at the one bardsley made on hazard. or the sandwich that shawcross and cameroon made of costa. but yet, for geniuses like ryandavidson, its "bullshit" to even suggest that players like mvg are injury prone. i do understand your point of view that of injury prone in the conventional sense, but to totally ignore injuries which happen thru the fault of other players just does not make sense to me. infact there is more chances of player getting injured thru contact and tackles than in training or pulling a hamstring or something.
-
no no. not at all. he is made of steel and has never got injured. oh wait!!!
-
yup, but he is a terrible pundit. in the post match, why asked to discuss the team tactics and how he sees the match panning out, the guy actually had no input whatsoever.
-
whats the news of his injury?
-
1 tackle. that is what JT and GC combined made in the whole match against stoke at britannia. just amazing. and all down to this guy. what a player!!!! simply what a player!!!!!!! absolute BEAST!!!
